The place was clean n fine only that the network n wifi Abit lag..

I'm satisfied with the quite room I booked, nice & clean. The only thing that need to check out at 11am instead of 12 noon

Place is super clean n extremely convenient. View from balcony is magnificent - sea view in the day and causeway in the nite. Comes with toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo and body shower. Tv can be abit larger, culteries for 4 pax only, can add more. Only one key card to share amongst 8 pax and a car - caused quite a fair bit of inconvenience. Overall, experience was great! Owner responsive n helpful

Like The new n clean studio unit. The location next to ciq The r&f mall Can do massage n nails n hair The many intl theme restaurants in mall The security is good n security officers friendly Big studio with full kitchen appliances n cutlery The big n comfy sofa Only 1 day of water bottle even if u stay more than 1 day. Dislike The bed too firm but pillow too flat, not comfy The aircon just abv the bed The wifi Not as stable as i like . occasional Dc from the room tv n my handphone Hp reception not good as near singapore hence 4g data very slow till u r out of rnf. Switching to lte only network may help. Others: whatsapp the owner to get the mail box pass to get the key n card. The safe box inside mail box may need another password if ur unit is dual key unit.

總體環境不錯，樓下的保安人員很親切，而且保安服務做得相當完善。一共有3間房間1間廁所，設施相當齊全，有廚房、微波爐、烤箱、冰箱、洗衣機、陽台等，一切就像家一樣。唯一有點不太好的衹是那一帶的信號不是很好，所以網絡不太穩定。

一切都很好，這是床有窩了睡不舒服，服務衞生環境地點全部都很好

The unit, at a higher level, is a Seaview unit.. the unit is clean and tidy.. Fully furnished in kitchens with fridge, washing machine microwave and oven .. The only thing disappointing is the TV out of order.. Contact the management team, and they can't have any solution for this .. For 3 nights stay in the unit without a TV is a bad experience.. The management should not put up the room for sales if the TV are out of service in the room.. or they can inform guests in advance..

Location and services are excellent!! hosts are pretty friendly throughout the whole check-in and -out process and easy to reachout. Was a pleasant stay at R&F.

Short of toilet roll, only give two roll. Location traffic jam for 4 days
