SECOND TIME STAY AT THIS HOTEL, HOTEL IS NICE BUT THE BEDSHEET LOOK LIKE NEVER CHANGE, BREAKFAST NORMAL, BATHTUB NO REPAIR AS CAN SEE VERY OLD, PRICE CAN LOWER A BIT TO ATTRACT MORE CUSTOMER

Like the spacious, well litted room at 6th floor with sitting area with tables, good shower, air condition cool fast, Bar fridge, no odd smell. Asked for quiet room slept well except neighbouring doors banging sound. Ab 6 mins walk to KSL City Mall and many cafes nearby Taman Melodies. Booking showed bfast served from 6am but was told 7am. Special request staff made an effort to start fr 630am. Call Housekeeping, it takes about 10 minutes to deliver. A bit dust seen. Overall services are acceptable. Wide spread for buffet bfast (Bread, KwayTeow, Fried rice, Nasi Lemak, Chicken, Cereals, Salad & Fruits), too bad roti prata not ready at 7am. Swimming pool's female shower not functioning.

No salted eggs to go with the plain porridge. However, service was excellent as it was personalized. I also like the bright corridors and layout of the room.

Been staying here for years due to their brand. however I think their services need improvement. We stayed 2 nights but no one clean the room. I need to ask for an exchanged towels and extra shower gels. Breakfast was nothing special but they do have some varieties. There's no crowd while staying here thus requested for a new renovated room however
they refuse to provide thus moving forward I will choose a different hotel as I value great services. Took several pictures when we checkout. We never leave a messy room and usually will do own cleaning.
