I’m a regular for Suasana Shama short vacation. This apartment is spacious and convenient walking distance to CIQ. If your a foodie, you’re in for a feast

The 2 bedroom apartment was okay. Place is abit dirty with some dust. Second bedroom with leaking aircon. Window exterior very dirty. Living room, kitchen and dining room no tissue is provided.

The room lis big but there’s an unpleasant smell upon entering it. The fabric of the sofa has a few small holes on it. There are many small curbs around the place even right up to the entrance of the room. Must be watchful when you enter this property. The lock of the room door has a strange system. Would have to get the access card reset each time you leave the room. Even after resetting it, we couldn’t get in and thankfully, the cleaner was around to help us. He had to call the maintenance team to solve our access problem. The breakfast was good though and we enjoyed it!

Booked for a 2 bedrooms suite from 28/4 to 30/4/25 with a family of 4 and was served by Mr Saravanan. He has a very positive attitude and is very friendly, courteous, and helpful. He allocated a high floor for us. The room was very clean and spacious. We are very happy to have a scenic view. In fact, most of the staff was courteous and helpful, ranging from security to the housekeeper. Even the security lended a helping to my handicapped member. It was my second stay in this hotel. Location wise was good. Haidilao steamboat was at Ground flr of this hotel. Komtar mall, City Square Mall was just the opposite. Lots of eateries around. Worthwhile to stay. I would give them 5 stars.

Very nice apartment and quite surprise so near to ciq and very convenient.
Recommended to fiends and family and remember can include breakfast for the trip also.
