The room is clean, and the quality of the breakfast can be further improved. Electric vehicle (EV) car charging should be offered to hotel guests.

Was lucky to be granted an upgrade to a bigger room. The room is clean and overall pretty comfortable and relatively quiet. The hotel location is abit awkward, it’s so near the checkpoint but not very accessible without a car. The multi-storey carpark is just a strange and confusing place to navigate. Signs are unclear and oddly laid out. The allocated parking area for hotel guests is in one secluded corner. Only very very limited number of lots are designated on each level and u risk getting wheel locked if u park anywhere else overnight (according to the guards there). Not sure why it has to be like that…. Very troublesome for folks who have to park on the lower floors. The room had design flaws that frankly sets you wondering what on earth the renovation team was thinking when the doors were installed for the room and bathroom (one blocks access to the other). And the bathtub / shower area does not have a full shower screen (just a super short one), it makes absolutely no sense when the water gathers at the side of the tub and flows down to the floor. It’s a serious issue, an accident waiting to happen with slippery floors and water everywhere.
