Good and efficient front desk. Quite a busy hotel. Can book again. Overall OK, but there are better hotels nearby.

Very convenient located, have all we need during this trip

We booked 1q 1s, is 3persons stay per room. But all the amenities like teeth brush, towel and others, only provided two persons. A bit disappointing

Spacious & well‑located Many guests praised the large apartment layout and proximity to KSL Mall and eateries. For example: “Apartment was big & spacious… will stay again.”   • Clean and family‑friendly Some recent reviews mention cleanliness and prompt service: “It is clean… staff delivered replenishments in reasonable timing.”   • Great for groups Many families or groups appreciate the value compared to multiple hotel rooms: “Nice place to accommodate large groups… love their full glass concept.”   ⸻ 👎 Weaknesses 1. Persistent lift issues Guests frequently report overcrowded, slow, or locked lifts, especially during peak hours. Several reviews recount waiting 10+ minutes or even climbing stairs 11 floors with luggage . 2. Maintenance & cleanliness concerns Some units have poor upkeep—mattresses sinking, broken water heaters, mold, stains, leaky fridges, faulty TVs, strong odors . These issues appear sporadic but significant. 3. Lacking basic amenities According to a 2014 tripadvisor review of the D’Esplanade (operated by KSL), essentials like hair dryers, power sockets, shower curtains, bins, towels were missing. Guests felt service fell short: “No hair dryer… no bins in bathrooms… no hand towels… shower curtain… toilet rolls left in garbage bag.”
