The hotel is basic but convenient. It has the basic amenities. Not the best but nothing to complain for the price.

Walk across hotel is Komtar mall. These is a convenient store next to the hotel lift. You can buy mineral water and light snack inside the store. 5mins walk distance to KSL mall. Hotel staff is very helpful. Check in and out hotel is a breeze.

The family suite room was spacious and the staff allowed us to check in slightly earlier as I was travelling with old folks. However, the room was not sound proof and you will hear the liveband music (which is located below the hotel) quite clearly if u are staying at a low floor. Hence, I do not recommend staying in this hotel if you are a light sleeper. My stay in this hotel was average as the hotel compressor was faulty and it made alot of noise during the middle of the night (2am) and we had to call the maintenance dept to check and we had to switch off one of the Aircon.

The highlight of this hotel is really the location, just a minute walk away from jbcc, so convenient. No complains for the price honestly

Room is small but good enough for 2 person with 1 luggage. Location is good, very accessible to JBCC and City Square and near to checkpoint. Will consider booking a bigger room for my next visit.

Reception Service was friendly, just slow and steady. Our small for 2 single beds were pretty small but good enough for 2 x 20 inch luggages. It has the basic amenities in the room including a very small safety deposit safe except no fridge. The shower head is fixed to the wall which some guests will prefer not to have. Recommended for short stay only.

I’ve stayed here before and it was quite good, but this time the experience was very disappointing.
The water heater didn’t produce any hot water.
The air conditioner made a loud noise every 10–15 minutes, making it hard to sleep.
The bathroom drainage was poor — I had to keep stopping while showering or it would flood.

If you can’t stand noise then this hotel might not be your choice as is just next to the busy road and with a pub downstairs which I could hear the singing even when I’m staying at the 12th floor.
Location and service was good. It will be good if they could provide a moveable shower head rather then the fixed one.
