The hotel was clean with good views and well connected with easy access to malls and amenities. However, they nearly misplaced our luggage and the bathroom/sink choked a few times which the staff repaired promptly when we stayed for 3nights. But overall a pleasant stay.

The room was quite average, and the view wasn’t anything special. Upon check-in, I noticed urine stains in the toilet, which was disappointing. The door handle also seemed faulty — I called the hotel for assistance and was told someone would come, but no one showed up. After several attempts, I managed to get in on my own. Overall, not worth the price for this category of room. A standard room would have been sufficient.

Amazing location for familes old and young …Great for couples too. Easy access from JB custom via highway and ample parking lots. Avoid weekends crowd. Link to mall and easy access to amenities. Idea location for all. Room card is needed for all levels. Great and safety features…definitely 👍 put best choice in JB. Thank you Staff and crew.

Location and service wise is pretty good. The twin room was unexpectedly huge and spacious. The only downside was that the room window side was a little dirty especially the windows glass panel. Overall, if its for a 1-2 nights stay, I’d say it would be good and I had a good night’s sleep.

The toilet needs an upgrade soon. The toilet bowl was dirty hence we have to ask the cleaner to come and clean and the shower area chocked with water when we bathed but the personnel came to fix it. Service and location is good.

Excellent service staff from the doorman, to the check-in counter, to the chamber services, to the security till we check out all is excellent. Will stay here again. Very nice view. Althoug near to lift but its Not noisy.

The room is great, although dated but clean. Its right above the Midvalley southkey, really big mall for shopping.
