This property is tucked away in the country surrounded by quiet nature, beautiful big trees, and on the Lake with Lake access for those water toys or just to take a cool dip in the lake. The home is was built 3 years ago and is used for family gatherings. There are Marinas for boat and water craft rentals close making it convenient if you want to enjoy the lake but do not own a boat or jet ski. There is a community ramp next the house that is convientent if the water in the lake is high enough (check with the owner). Just a few miles down the road you will find an assortment of places to eat and shopping. Austin is a short drive with plenty of activites and nightlife. This unit has no equal when it comes to VIEW in all of THE HOLLOWS Hilltop condos. Note the view through the NEW 6 foot picture frame window and double french doors from the living room and kitchen. This is the only unit that has a 6' x 6' picture frame window looking straight out at "Starnes Island". Starnes Island is the center of all activity for the July 4th fireworks show. This is the largest 3 bedroom / 3 bath floor plan in the complex and is a corner/top floor condo with an elevator for the building. This 3 bedroom / 3 bath unit has never been on the rental program and we will be selectively renting this unit only.
