The staff is really nice except Nicholas from font desk was really rude and unprofessional just because I was asking to update to add one person that I will paid the difference he start screaming a me and didn’t let me talk it was really unpleasant all other staff are excellent Jose, Antonio and Irving was really friendly and also the animation team like Ronald is great from the bartender Luis Roberto from the restaurant and Juana all of them are great

👎The hotel have one buffet only and limited variety of foods.
👎 The comunication to the hotel reception is practically imposible before to arrive. Long time to answer WhatsApp message, and when someone write back , leave the conversation without solve the issue…
👎 The process to make a reservation to its 3 restaurans need to improve …. Is allways full, you need to reserve in person at 6:50 Pm for enjoy the restaurant the next day…
That was my personal experience.

Perfect experience in that hotel . The restaurants are excellent . The attention is super good. security. Good taxi drivers. In the VIP, Ruth Katia. And Mr. Cesar, General Manager, super excellent, the entire team. All perfect.

The only thing is that they should put motors in the pools so that the water stays cleaner since the filters are always turned off.

I honestly never complain about anything and I never do reviews for anything however if this review can help at least one person not waste their money then I’m ok with it. I’m Dominican but I live in the U.S and I decided to stay here with my family and spent over 1k for 4 nights which is a decent price for a “good” resort and this resort is FAR from being good. Their food is TERRIBLE, nothing tastes decent. On top of that we saw a cockroach walking around the food in their snack bar by the beach which had burgers, French fries etc (food tastes disgusting by the way and uncooked) . The beach is dirty we even found broken glass in the sand. They have a kids club and both times I tried to go during their alleged open hours it was closed. I honestly would not recommend it at all.
