Special praise to the young lady at the front desk; her service was warm, professional, and efficient. She provided elite member treatment during check-in (even when booking through a third-party platform), and luggage storage was safe and reliable. The concierge has some officially recognized travel agency agents who offer tour bookings, which is safer and more reliable than the rows of kiosks at the pier. I recommend staying at this hotel."
