"This is the most expensive hotel in this trip to Egypt, more expensive than Sofitel Aswan, but except for the good breakfast and good service, I am not very satisfied with other things. 1. There is only a bathtub, no hand-held shower. 2. There is a musty smell when the room is opened, and the sound insulation is very poor, and the sound of the road outside can be heard clearly. I stayed at Le Meridien Airport Hotel before, and the sound insulation was not so bad. Maybe if you want to stay in this hotel, you must book a room with a pyramid view, so that you will not face the road. 3. There is no Chinese TV, but this is a common problem in Egyptian hotels, and there is no way to solve it. 4. The buffet is very rich, but the chefs have a bad memory. I asked for waffles and muffins, but they didn’t come after 20 minutes. I went to see them, and they immediately reacted and made them for me after a few minutes. It made me eat in a hurry, but the taste was good. Personally, I think this hotel is specially for viewing the pyramids, and other requirements are difficult to meet."

"Very happy hotel, unexpected surprise. The hotel is fully equipped, comfortable, clean and not far from the pyramid scenic spot. There is also a Carrefour supermarket next to it. Shopping and sightseeing are very convenient. The hotel also provides Western breakfast. The boss is a very friendly person. Although we arrived early, we arranged a room for us as soon as possible. When we left, we also helped us take our luggage and took us to the taxi. I am also very grateful to 🙏."

"Very nice hotel! The environment is very good, the room is clean, the service is very warm, the breakfast is also very good, it is very close to the pyramids, you can have breakfast in the morning and then go to the pyramids, and you can take a shower and check out when you come back. The room with two suitcases can be accommodated for 600 room rates.
Overall it is quite satisfactory.
At present, the inspection has not lost anything. Specifically, I have to wait for the next stop of the hotel inspection.
My friend lost a hundred dollars in a five-star hotel opposite.
Although this hotel is relatively simple. But there is no loss. The price is also very high. The breakfast in the room I booked is free."

"Maria Pyramids House is an excellent small hotel right at the northern edge of the Pyramids. The staff, especially Mohammed, was very helpful and accommodating, and we had romantic private breakfasts and dinners on the rooftop while overlooking the pyramids! The room was very nicely furnished, with a small fridge and big bathroom. The only complaint was that the shower lacked water pressure and wasn't particularly hot. Right in front of the hotel and up the hill is the entrance to the Pyramids. Excellent location! Overall, I highly recommend Maria Pyramids House."

ZZia SThis was such a lovely place, it was clean, newly created and the staff were all so helpful.
The view was amazing, both in the room and rooftop, you can wake up, use the loo or shower and the view of this ancient site will be visible through the window, a beautiful experience. (I chose the pyramid view room)
The rooftop was lovely, the view was immaculate, you can see the city around and the view of the pyramids with lights at night, you can see the sunrise and sunset, and the moon cycle too.
The staff are always at your service, they often check in on you, unless you want to be alone and they treat you with respect and kindness.
I met the managers of the hotel too, who were so welcoming, they offered me tea, good conversation and were overall good genuine people.
The room was comfortable, I was alone but had the choice of two beds, you can see the view from the bed, the room was very clean, you are provided with everything you need, and if you don't have it you can ask.
The room was also temperature regulated with Aircon above the bed, and a remote to control the speed and temperature, much needed in the Egyptian weather.
Overall the experience was great and I met other people who were staying in the hotel who said good things, which is always good to know when you are alone, staying somewhere new.
Although odd, the hotel being close to the highway was great for getting taxis, bikes and crossing over to walk into the city and town. When you are in your room, and the windows are closed, you rarely hear anything, beside light sounds, it doesn't disturb my sleep at all.
The staff were great, the owners were great, the location was great and it was a good experience which I recommend.

GGuest UserOsama and other bosses are super nice. I forgot to ask the names of others. Our takeaway was delivered to the wrong hotel. They were super enthusiastic to help us pick it up. They tried their best to communicate with us in Chinese. It was a great living experience. The room was also very clean. I am very happy to choose this hotel as the place to live in Cairo.

GGuest UserNice pyramid view from the hotel! And the room is nice too for its price! Though it is a little far from the city centre, the service is 💯! They allowed me to store my luggage and take a bathe for free after checking out which was soooo nice😭😭😭 And their breakfast was nice toooooo! Would 100percent recommend this place!

GGuest UserThe hotel has been open for over a month, so the facilities are brand new.
Overall, it is hard to find accommodations like this in old Egypt.
The bedding and towels are new and fresh.
However, it is still early, so the rooftop bar is scheduled to open next year.
So it is still difficult to order alcohol or food, but the facilities are all ready, so there is no problem with tables or enjoying the view.
A hairdryer will be provided, so please bring it.
I recommend this place because the staff is friendly and it is a good place.

The cleanliness of the room and the staff's response were also very good.
The breakfast was also very satisfying, with excellent food and ample portions prepared directly.
I am confident that it offers the best value for money in Egypt.

TTimothyIf you want to be close to the pyramids, this hotel is well located. It's on a quiet street that is only a short drive from the GEM and Giza pyramids. However, there is nothing around the hotel and it's not pleasant to walk. The view from the rooftop and restaurant is nice, but not really from the rooms. Although I could see the pyramids from my room, there was a lot in the way and the windows were small and in the corner. My friends had the nice room with the windows on two walls, but there view still wasn't all that great. The pictures of the rooms make them look better than they really are. The staff are friendly and breakfast is great.

CCATHRIN KAI NINGThe hotel location is strategic, you can view the pyramid from your room or you can reach to Level 5, there is a rooftop for breakfast. This building come with elevator but can fit maximum 3person (with luggage) at one time. Their front desk is helpful and one of the staff can speak Mandarin. The room sizes was quite spacious for 2persons. You can open the 28inch luggage fully. Cleanliness can be improved further and the furniture is aged. The water heater cannot last long and the temperature is inconsistent, so you have to bath quickly. We stay here for one night only hence we don’t really spend much times in the hotel. I will still recommended this hotel if you are looking for a hotel that closer to the entrance of pyramid and clean neighbourhood.

Vverytake-cI stayed in Cairo as a stopover, but checked in at midnight, slept for a few hours, had breakfast, and checked out immediately.
There was someone at the hotel front desk, so midnight check-in was smooth.
I was really happy that they upgraded my hotel room. It was impressive to see the pyramids from the balcony of my room.
Although it was a short stay, I was able to enjoy the pyramids.

JJemaine25Lovely staff who saw to all my needs and paid attention to detail. The location is quite far from the airport but obviously close to the pyramids.
I did book the Nile river cruise through the hotel and the driver was quite weird. He stayed with us on the table and it was quite an invasion of our privacy.
The hotel will probably call and say they have a free gift offered I.e driving to different stations like the papyrus paper shop and oil store, it’s information but a little waste of time.
