When breakfast begins to call your name, you can traverse through the sliding glass doors of your lanai, venture across the spacious open-concept living room, and begin to whip up a meal that will perfectly fuel you for the day. The living room looks towards the primary bedroom, which features an ensuite, private lanai access, and a walk-in shower. You can close the Shoji doors of the primary bedroom for more privacy or leave it open to enlarge the entertaining space.

Guests have the option to reside on the Queen sleeper sofa, in the second guest bedroom, or in the upstairs loft complete with 2 Twin beds and 1 Double-sized bed. There’s a second detached guest bathroom with modern touches and a tub/shower combo on the first floor for easy access to everyone. The entire unit is air-conditioned with split system units that can be independently controlled in each room, so you can rest assured that each guest will be comfortable no matter the time of year.

There’s an abundance of amenities available to you as a guest, including outdoor barbecues, plentiful walking trails, and three professional-style tennis courts with an instructor available daily for lessons or game improvement coaching.

The large, newly-remodeled swimming pool is ideal for your morning laps and perfect for the little ones to splash and play in. Showers and restrooms are located in the large pavilion near the swimming pool and tennis courts for your convenience.
