The location is excellent, right next to the Drum Tower Night Market, and Qingming Riverside Landscape Park is also just a short taxi ride away. The room was very clean. However, parking at the hotel is quite limited, possibly due to the large number of guests driving. Fortunately, there are fast-charging stations conveniently located right next to the hotel. The service was also outstanding; I accidentally left something behind, and they contacted me immediately to arrange for it to be couriered to me, which I truly appreciated. On a separate note, while Kaifeng's attractions are all wonderful and feature a rich variety of performances and activities, the city's overall urban infrastructure seems to be lagging behind its tourism development. I hope to see improvements on my next visit.

The highlight is that the bathroom has background music for showering. I like to listen to music while taking a shower, but there are only a few built-in monotonous audios. It would be great if there was a way to connect the phone to Bluetooth for playback. Hygiene: The hygienic environment is good, but there is still room for improvement in the hygiene of linens and bedsheets Environment: The location is good, there are many time-honored restaurants and breakfasts nearby, and it is also close to the scenic spot. However, there is a road construction downstairs, and the noise is very loud. I stayed there for two nights and was woken up on time every morning. It is recommended that the guest room or the front desk can be equipped with earplugs, which will not increase the cost much, but will greatly improve the sleeping experience. Service: The service is warm and welcoming. The front desk is very good. They also upgraded the room for free and helped me apply for the renewal of my original room. The service staff greeted me when they saw me. The cleaning lady said ”good girl” all the time. She is really kind. If possible, I would like to suggest adding sticky notes and laundry bags for laundry like Atour and helping guests dry the washed clothes. It is not very convenient to run several times to wash clothes.

The hotel has a private parking lot with many parking spaces, which is convenient and safe. The hotel lobby is spacious and fragrant, haha~, the front desk staff is kind, check-in is fast, and there are warm tips at the front desk, which is convenient for guests to transfer to the bus to many attractions in Kaifeng. The guest room is not big, but it is very cleverly designed, with a countertop for luggage and a folding rack for drying wet clothes. The hotel also gives guests peanut crisps, yogurt and snacks. The location of the homestay is in the alley. The first feeling is that there will be any good homestay inside? After arriving at the store, the location is really unique, quiet in the middle of noisy! Entering the door is the flowing water and greenery, as if living in the painting. At night, sleep with the sound of water, away from the noise, and the body and mind are completely relaxed. This water-friendly and natural experience, you can imagine what the designer is doing In terms of health, I think it is good to do it in the homestay (I will not take him and the five-star hotel to PK) I must give a compliment! Because I came to check in in advance, I saw the waiter carefully sorting the room, the bedding was clean and dry, and the smell after cleaning was released, making people feel at ease and comfortable. The cleanliness of the linen and the overall cleanliness of the room completely reached or even exceeded expectations. The service of the homestay is another highlight. Before arriving, Sister Fang began to arrange the nearest location to get off the bus. A variety of food and beauty were pushed, a bit like the second long-lived mountain, the price is super high, so kind! ! The staff were smiling when they checked in, helping to carry bags and boxes, sincere and friendly. Entering the room, Sister Fang explained the lightning protection point and the must-play scenic spot. The most heartwarming thing is that the pure water is not a bottle of two bottles, but a row. 這次定的商務套房，還可以，倆家人住一起，是倆個房間，一個衞生間，孩子們在一起玩也方便，開心。上下樓梯陡峭，老闆還提醒孩子注意安全，挺好的。距離萬歲山，河大夜市也近。

My stay at this hotel far exceeded my expectations. Every detail, from the overall design to the smallest touches, reflected a commitment to exceptional quality. The room was spacious with a well-designed layout, and the soft lighting created a welcoming ambiance. The bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable; even for someone as particular about sleep as I am, I slept soundly. The breakfast spread was extensive, featuring both Western pastries and local delicacies. The surrounding area boasted a wide array of dining and shopping options, and getting to downtown attractions was also a breeze, with just a fifteen-minute taxi ride. Overall, it offered excellent value for money and is perfect for both business trips and family vacations. I look forward to staying here again next time!
