Big, beautiful room but there was no window and no garden view. I booked the family room since I was traveling with my nephew. However, there was no wall between the bedroom and the bathroom. The doors to the shower and bathroom were glass. The hotel staff were friendly. The location was not ideal and its very dark around the hotel.

The location is excellent, right next to the Drum Tower Night Market, and Qingming Riverside Landscape Park is also just a short taxi ride away. The room was very clean. However, parking at the hotel is quite limited, possibly due to the large number of guests driving. Fortunately, there are fast-charging stations conveniently located right next to the hotel. The service was also outstanding; I accidentally left something behind, and they contacted me immediately to arrange for it to be couriered to me, which I truly appreciated. On a separate note, while Kaifeng's attractions are all wonderful and feature a rich variety of performances and activities, the city's overall urban infrastructure seems to be lagging behind its tourism development. I hope to see improvements on my next visit.

Although it is not perfect, I am willing to give this hotel a full score. I hope the hotel can see some of the suggestions I mentioned below and it would be better if they can adopt them for improvement. Facilities: A newly renovated hotel with new facilities. The highlight is that the bathroom has background music for showering. I like to listen to music while taking a shower, but there are only a few built-in monotonous audios. It would be great if there was a way to connect the phone to Bluetooth for playback. Hygiene: The hygienic environment is good, but there is still room for improvement in the hygiene of linens and bedsheets Environment: The location is good, there are many time-honored restaurants and breakfasts nearby, and it is also close to the scenic spot. However, there is a road construction downstairs, and the noise is very loud. I stayed there for two nights and was woken up on time every morning. It is recommended that the guest room or the front desk can be equipped with earplugs, which will not increase the cost much, but will greatly improve the sleeping experience. Service: The service is warm and welcoming. The front desk is very good. They also upgraded the room for free and helped me apply for the renewal of my original room. The service staff greeted me when they saw me. The cleaning lady said ”good girl” all the time. She is really kind. If possible, I would like to suggest adding sticky notes and laundry bags for laundry like Atour and helping guests dry the washed clothes. It is not very convenient to run several times to wash clothes.

The location of the hotel is OK, close to the road, and quite convenient. The facilities of the new hotel are still very new, but the hygiene needs to be strengthened. I encountered midges on the bedside table as soon as I checked in. The video I took was too short to post, so I could only take screenshots. The front desk service is still good, and the breakfast is also OK.

The hotel is very new, and the room is relatively small. The parking lot is very good, with plenty of parking spaces. The breakfast is good. The hotel is in a good location, and it is very cheap to take a taxi to various attractions. Bao Gong Temple is within walking distance. Go downstairs and turn right to the night market. Cross the street to the Citizen Park. There are girls dancing at night, which is great! Across the bridge is Huang's old store, the vegetarian buns and carp baked noodles are very good, and the soup dumplings are average. There are vendors on the road below the hotel, which is a little noisy. Those who like the atmosphere of life like it.

This is a treasure shop that I accidentally found online. It is very suitable for couples, friends, and families. We have 3 adults and 1 child, 3 beds (it is very convenient to put them together), the beds are very comfortable, and it is so cool to lie down and watch the projection. Environment: A very comfortable environment, good sound insulation, no noise or anything like that during check-in, very quiet. Service: The service is very thoughtful. There is a small refrigerator on the first floor, and the water in it is free, which is very good. When leaving the store, a souvenir of local specialty peanut cake is also given, which is the famous Baiji of the century. Facilities: The facilities are very new, and the projection is great Hygiene: The hygiene is very clean Location: It is very close to Qingming Shanghe Park, Wansui Mountain, and Gulou Night Market. Didi is very convenient and cheap, which is simply too convenient.

The hotel has a private parking lot with many parking spaces, which is convenient and safe. The hotel lobby is spacious and fragrant, haha~, the front desk staff is kind, check-in is fast, and there are warm tips at the front desk, which is convenient for guests to transfer to the bus to many attractions in Kaifeng. The guest room is not big, but it is very cleverly designed, with a countertop for luggage and a folding rack for drying wet clothes. The hotel also gives guests peanut crisps, yogurt and snacks. My stay at this hotel far exceeded my expectations. Every detail, from the overall design to the smallest touches, reflected a commitment to exceptional quality. The room was spacious with a well-designed layout, and the soft lighting created a welcoming ambiance. The bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable; even for someone as particular about sleep as I am, I slept soundly. The breakfast spread was extensive, featuring both Western pastries and local delicacies. The surrounding area boasted a wide array of dining and shopping options, and getting to downtown attractions was also a breeze, with just a fifteen-minute taxi ride. Overall, it offered excellent value for money and is perfect for both business trips and family vacations. I look forward to staying here again next time!

My family and I recently visited Kaifeng and decided to stay at a hotel right in the heart of the old city. It's conveniently located within the Kaifeng City Federation of Trade Unions compound, which made for a surprisingly quiet and peaceful environment. We were able to walk to major sights like Drum Tower Square and Kaifeng Mansion in just a few minutes, which was incredibly convenient. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated with a charming retro style, giving it a wonderful ambiance. The front desk staff and even the security guards were all incredibly warm and helpful. Our room was also very spacious. Getting to Kaifeng Station by taxi only took about ten minutes. A fantastic perk was their offer of complimentary luggage storage for the entire day after we checked out. Truly a thoughtful and excellent service!

Overall, it's pretty good. The location is in the center of Kaifeng. It's reasonable to say that it's a three-star hotel. I got a free room upgrade! The only drawbacks are that there's not enough toilet paper in the bathroom, and the water for the shower is either very hot or very cold, and the temperature is not constant. The breakfast is just average, but it's acceptable for a free breakfast. Overall, it's OK!
