The hairdryer, shower water temperature and pressure, air conditioning, and mini-fridge were all top-notch. **Service:** The service was truly beyond 5-star; the staff's attitude was exceptionally good. On hot days, they proactively asked if we needed water every time we left and even provided a handy strap to carry it. **Environment:** Located in Kaifeng's new district, the surrounding area is very peaceful at night.
