"Beautiful hotel, nice and spacious room, great location and excellent staff. The location is close to a park, the pedestrian street if you want street food and near a mall if you want some more upscale food options. Easy to find and get a taxi/didi to anywhere you need to go. Our room had a separate living room and 2 bathrooms, with good views of the city. We had a couple requests that the staff graciously accommodated. If we come back to Kaili, we will choose this hotel again!"

"The hotel lobby is grand, elegant and has a good temperament. The lady at the front desk is very enthusiastic and has a good attitude. My friend smokes and has no lighter, so she took the initiative to lend it to us. When we went to eat and asked her for the place, she also wrote it down for us. It was really nice👍Then the room is large, spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom is also very clean and tidy. It was a very good experience!"

"Upon arrival at Kailinan Station, the PIC of Leili sent someone to pick us up. She even recommended us places to go and to dine in Kaili during the short drive. To our surprise, all the staff of Leili are female! Wow, it was all girls power and we were so impressed of how well they have managed the homestay! The homestay is artistically designed and decorated,the ambience is so cozy, the rooms are so new and clean. Not forgetting, the staff are so enthusiastic and kind to share us some information about Kaili. The homestay even provided us with welcome afternoon tea sets which serves their local tea and midnight dessert (green bean soup). We just feel so home staying in Leili. =)"

"Our stay was not so bad. Just some little details to get better about the room status (see pics below: a hole on the curtains, a door knock and the sides of the television). Hotel perfect just for business people. Information through the hospitality and concierge must be improved. Especially for foreign visitors and no Chinese people. They told us that the Ethnic Museum of Kaili was open. We took a taxi and when we arrived the museum was closed. If we have to rate it from 1 to 10, this hotel is 8/10. Location was very good. Close by tha main shopping area and all the malls of the city. Walking distance from the downtown."

"Spur-of-the-moment trip with friends, and this blind booking absolutely exceeded expectations! The location is fantastic, right outside a shopping district, making it super convenient to come back after exploring the food streets at night. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was soft – perfect for unwinding after a long day. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the soundproofing was excellent; we weren't worried about disturbing anyone while chatting and having fun in our room. "This trip to Guiyang with my dad included a two-day stopover in Kaili. We stayed at the Atour Hotel and, upon check-in, we mentioned we wanted a quiet room. To our surprise, they generously upgraded us to a suite! The room was spacious, new, and clean, with advanced and complete amenities. The bedding was very comfortable, ensuring my family and I got a good rest. Special thanks to the hardworking delivery robot; it always delivered our food quickly and on time. There was a kind and handsome young man at the front desk who was always attentive and helpful, even providing us with warm water for our journey when we left the hotel – unfortunately, I forgot to ask his name. This stay was fantastic, and Atour will definitely be my top choice for my next trip!"
