Housekeeping service was every other day but no one came to serve our room. The bathroom door didn't have any and in fact didn't close properly. We were told the pool will be under construction but glad that it was not under construction. We were not told about breakfast time ends at 10:00 am but it ended at 8:30 am due to Easter brunch, that was not communicated. Other than these issues, the location is very good, with pool and beach access, staff is good too.
