Just perfect! Amazing experience, beautiful modern rooms, very clean, comfortable, wonderful view, overseeing the sea and the sunset!!! the staff was excellent attentive! Highly recommend it !!!!!!! love this place!!!

We stay 1 month every year and it is amazing the service is amazing and the view is speechless! The pool is clean and warm. Iannis the owner makes everyone feel safe and home. The rooms are very clean and beautiful. 11 out of 10 ;)

Absolutely charming👍. Expecially our host Yannis. Matter of fact best what You can get😎😄. Place was pleasant and peacefully. Room was tidy and clean. Very good size for two persons. Nice view and cool pool. Beach was guite near and beautiful.

Absolutely brilliant! Iannis was incredible! He is the most amazing host I have ever met. So friendly and just so nice! The place was fantastic. So clean and everything as described. Cleaning service everyday and she was also extremely nice. 10/10 on everything. will be the only place I will stay if I come back to Crete/chania. Have already recommended to my friends and family. Shop less than 5 mins with local bus going regularly into chania as we didn’t rent car. Reliable and cheap. Thank you for everything Iannis. Best place we’ve ever stayed!

Wir sind aktuell im Esplanade und sind absolut happy. Ein tolles Zimmer mit einer Komplett-Ausstattung, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Unser Balkon hat einen fantastischen Meerblick, inklusive Sonnenuntergang. Die Gastgeber sind mega freundlich.

Comment dire que nous avons passé deux semaines extra. Les chambres excellentes propres et surtout un propriétaire d’une grande sympathie et même plus: gentil souriant et prêt à rendre service. Une personne formidable. Les photos postées reflètent exactement l endroit. Je recommande!!!!

5η φορά στα Χανιά και 5η φορά στο Γιάννη Περάκη. Το καλύτερο μπαλκόνι στον Καλαθά. Χανιωτικη φιλοξενία, ανθρωπινη εξυπηρετηση. Δίπλα στα Χανιά, ξεκούραστα. Πλέον το πρόβλημα είμαι τα Χανιά που δεν βρίσκεις πάρκινγκ πουθενά....
