Newly constructed home with two separate and private units (no shared space). This listing is solely for the stunning upper unit VRBO 2397242, has 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths and is fully furnished, and boasts beautiful art and decorations. First floor is accessed through handmade barn door entry, which leads into a fully outfitted kitchen, dining area (for up to six) and sitting area (two leather chairs) with a lofted ceiling and fan reminiscent of an airplane propeller. The first bedroom (King bed), full bath with shower and laundry facility (washer and dryer) round out the first floor. Loft area has comfortable leather recliners and a couch overlooking the beautiful wooded lot. The second bedroom (2 TwinXL beds) and handmade headboard, full bath with tub and shower round out the second floor. A beautiful outdoor deck with comfortable Adirondack chairs overlooks the wooded property. Just minutes from downtown Kenai, Soldotna and Kasiloff. New water filtration system installed in 2023 and high speed internet 150Mbps. We had a wonderful stay this year with the trees turning yellow outside the windows and very little rain. Check in was easy. The whole house is fabulous and the kitchen well stocked. It was great having the town of Soldotna and the Kenai and Kasiloff Rivers so close. This was the second time we have stayed here, and we will stay here again when we visit the Kenai Peninsula.

This was the nicest VRBO we stayed in while touring Alaska. It is so tidy and well organized. The beds and couches are comfortable, and house is very spacious. The artwork is amazing. We had a question that was answered immediately and resolved with the wifi. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay there.
