The Environment is really good specially for people who are hunting to feel the charm of nature . We loved the hospitality as well as the service was really good. But there are lots of things that can be improved…. We loved the bar and was excellently attended by Suraj and Subrato…. Best wishes for these hardworking young men.

We stay in this hotel for first time and am extremely happy with the Housekeeping staff specially (Suraj) he respond to all our request in Night at any time he really care his guest and communicate in a very nice way , Sinclairs have very good and wonderful staff who help with a smile. Nice view from Room. The Rooms are spacious , the bathroom was neat & clean. The Hotel provided complimentry Breakfast was also very good. All staff services are excellent. We are very Happy and my appreciated being served by them . Thank you to everyone for a lovely stay.

It is a masterpiece of luxury in the serene hills of Kalimpong. We particularly enjoyed the Indian food. Morning breakfast spread was very good too. Special Mention: Mr. Sunil Acharya, your exceptional service, warm hospitality, being with us most of the time while at the hotel and giving us a warm send-off made our stay unforgettable. Very bad non veg food and some half cooked too , no ac in maximum number of rooms , very good view, please don't come in summers , stafs are too much helpful, managers are well managed, swimming pool is way too dirty , I converted into a red hulk after having a bath in swimming pool , gym is useless, room showers are confusing, some guests are hilarious

I booked a room at Sinclairs Retreat Kalimpong for June 10–12, assuming it included AC, as it is 3 stared hotel and the temperature is around 32 degrees and online listings were ambiguous. On arrival, we were assigned a non-AC room—with only a fan.i was surprised to see a three stared hotel with non AC room.and there was no mention in the website or booking plateform that the rooms are non air-conditioned. At check‑in, .This unexpected charge left us frustrated and uneasy. Sinclairs is indeed a beautiful property—with great views, clean rooms, and friendly staff—but this lack of transparency regarding AC availability and pricing significantly took away from our experience. I urge the managemet to clearly specify on all booking platforms which room types include AC, and to communicate upgrade fees upfront to avoid misleading future guests.
