Personel inanılmaz ilgili, girişte Didem hanım karşıladı ve mahçup bırakacak derece yardımcı oldu. otel her anlamda beklentiyi karşılıyor. Kendi beach leri var, çok iyi yemek yapan restoranları var, işini bilen personelleri var. Sadece private pool odalar farklı, kiminde havuz kiminde havuz dışı kullanım alanı büyük. Odalarda büyük, temizlik iyi. Biz iki oda kaldık, private pool ve sea view oda. Sea view odanın da manzarası ve balkonun büyüklüğü çok iyiydi. Bir gün tekrar o tarafa gidersem sanırım yine bu oteli tercih ederim. Adını bilmiyorum ama şef garson ve restaurant personeli de işini özveriyle yapıyorlar. Çok kötü bir deneyimin ardından 2. Oteldi burası ve tatilimizin güzel bitmesini sağladıkları için teşekkürler.

We’ve stayed at Sea View numerous times in the past, including last year at the same time, which we were very disappointed with (for numerous reasons mentioned in other reviews). It turned out that this was due to the changing of the guard in management. We thought things might have improved this year and decided to take the risk going back (as the views from the bar, pool and every room are spectacular), and we are so glad we did! The new team running the show are brilliant! Ahmet, the owner, who also manages Likya pavilions and Likya Gardens, and has really brought place back to where it was. All staff now speak English to at least a basic standard and are very attentive to your every need. Ozzy sets a perfect example, which is followed. Can’t wait to return next year to this amazing hotel 👌

Arrived June 1st - Previously stayed in 2019 and loved it- I must admit having read other reviews l was a little hesitant but knew that it was now under an established management team. Please be reassured Asfiya has returned to being a fantastic hotel. 1. We arrived early hours of the morning and was greeted by the friendly night receptionist Tolga who helped us with our luggage to our room. English speaking and very polite. 2. Daytime receptionist Didem is also charming, perfect English and a delight to chat to. 3..All other staff are also very friendly and speak wonderful English. A previous review mentioned Google translate having to be being used- now not the case. 4. Breakfast is served on the stunning terrace, fresh and plentiful, a beautiful start to the day. 5. Our seaview room is bright, clean and spacious. Large balcony with a fabulous panoramic view of the bay. Large very comfortable beds and pillows. Powerful shower, clean with fresh towels robes and slippers provided. 6. Free use of Likya Beach Club, peaceful with many sunbeds on various platforms to choose from. We have met Ahmed who oversees the management of Asfiya. He acknowledged historical issues but explained his team have now taken over with the changes very evident. Personally l think the location of Asfiya with the vast panoramic views makes it one of the best - l wish the team every success for the future. Don't hesitate to visit Asfiya you won't be disappointed.

We have been to this hotel each year fro the last 3 years. This year (2024) standards have plummeted! The hotel is being run by a skeleton staff. The receptionist only communicates using Google Translate, and can't answer even the simplest of queries. Housekeeping had to be asked on a daily basis, to make up the room, then to provide soaps, etc. and again to restock tea and coffee sachets. Rubbish (including half-eaten food) was left for 48 hours in the hallways and many of the garden plants have been left to die (including what were impressive roof gardens). On the plus side, this hotel is in a fantastic location, but that's about it.

Firstly the positives, the pool bar staff, breakfast staff and cleaning staff all excellent..no complaints. Pool area was great and as there was hardly anyone in the hotel there was ample sunbeds and the pool was very nearly unused so whole pool to ourselves. We came to this hotel in 2019 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay then and returned here this year based on our previous visit. Sadly this proved to have been a mistake. On arrival our room wasn't ready and still had staff preparing the outside patio area. Once in room the safe didn't work and the patio door wouldn't lock. Called reception and a member of staff arrived and was unable to fix either problem which meant we couldn't leave our room to go out for a meal. Eventually a man with a drill turned up and fixed the patio door (now from a 3 lock door to a single lock ..but it locked I guess !! and then replaced all the batteries in the safe and hey presto that worked as well. At breakfast following morning was surprised at the lack of choice on offer...hot dishes on offer were mushrooms and baked beans plus the usual cold meats and fruit. Omelettes were on offer but that was it. Got talking to another couple who when they arrived the hotel informed them they hadn't got their booking and so were offered a different room to the one they booked. The hotel was imo, needing a touch of tlc with a lick of paint and broken sunbeds/parasols needing repaired. Unfortunately the reception staff couldn't speak a word of English so when there was a Turkish domestic happening at 4.00am outside on a balcony and I phoned to complain of the racket that was going on (1 hour and counting) no one could understand my complaint. Similarly when I queried the drinks bill at the end of the holiday the poor lad on reception hadn't a clue what I was on about which led to a heated debate !!. If you do go to this hotel and buy drinks/meals in the hotel be careful and keep track of what you order as they don't ask for a signature on purchasing so its up to you to know what you bought. There are no evening meals on offer these days either which is a shame as the food in 2019 was really lovely. In summary the hotel in 2019 was probably worthy of its 4 Star rating but this year definitely not...2-3 star at best. Doubt we'll return to this hotel in its current condition sadly.
