Kiko and Maddy the entertainers were absolutely amazing and brilliant at their jobs, so welcoming and always making guest laugh, plenty of games to engage in and always making sure you are enjoying your stay, the best entertainment anybody could ask for on holiday and will definitely miss them! Booked for an anniversary getaway. Reception staff were great! Always friendly and helpful. Restaurant staff always greeted everyone with a smile and were attentive. There's a variety of food which was really good. The room was spacious and clean, though needed a little cosmetic work, but that didn't bother us. Bed was comfortable. We had the use of the swim up pool, but it was too cold, so didn't use it. Sun loungers on the terrace was great for relaxing in the sun in the afternoon. Bathroom was very clean. Kresten Spa was excellent! Had a very relaxing massage and facial. The husband and wife team are really lovely and know their stuff. Main pool area was clean with lots of sun beds. Gardens were manicured. Views out to sea are spectacular. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Kresten Palace Hotel is one of the most beautiful accommodations on the island! Initially, the service was flawless! The hotel also has everything you need, and nothing was missing! The room was always clean, with a very nice bathroom and a large wardrobe. Of course, we cannot forget the amazing and polite service at the restaurant. A big thank you to the ladies Niki, Margarita, and Eleni, who were always there for the guests. They were always cheerful, talkative, and kind. Thank you so much!

Overall a lovely experience. Staff were friendly and helpful, room was cleaned, bed sheets changed everyday. We were bed and breakfast so can only comment on that, big selection and nice food. Kiko the entertainment manager made our stay, he was so lovely and friendly, took the time to have a chat and get to know us, gets everyone involved in the activities which of course, gets you meeting friends and other couples alike. Also a shoutout to the lovely waitress in the bar, Erla, she really does not stop her whole shift and you never have to wait long for a drink! Again, another one who took the time out to have a chat, get to know us and made our experience a great one! Would definitely recommend a stay at Kresten Palace 🩷

Un séjour réussi dans un hôtel moderne et très propre. Le personnel du restaurant était souriant, devoué et très poli. Nous remercions Antonis et Rafail pour leurs petites attentions quotidiennes à tous les repas. Surpris par le professionnalisme de ces deux serveurs, ne changez rien. On vous remercie ! Just returned from a holiday in this hotel. It was lovely! Best parts? Staff in dining room were amazing especially Niki, Margarita and Antonis. Food was generally very good too. Staff in hotel and in Cafe Blu were also fabulous and everyone had excellent English. Room was very spacious and clean but beds for us were too soft. Some maintenance needed in room too (plus showerhead wasn't working properly). Location was very beautiful but remote if you did not hire a car. We hired one from the airport so we saved on a taxi fare to the hotel and were able to travel around for lunch or to get out of the hotel when it rained (two days). We visited the old town but food prices by the fountain can be expensive. Nice little trip as it's not very far at all. Be aware that if you book a swim-up room, you may only be lucky enough to get the sun for one hour a day (end room, middle block). Some families book these rooms too so they may not be the romantic rooms you had hoped for (screaming kids and blow up beach balls!!!) Lots of kids (some in nappies) use the first part of the large pool, but only adults seem to use the deeper part of the same pool. Lots of nationalities at this hotel: British, Estonian, Dutch, French, Belgian and plenty of Germans.
