Stay away from this hotel. We were there 2 weeks in September not worth 1€ per night. We paid online and on arrival they asking 80€ for using Air conditioning which is a joke. Staff not speak English and manager very unfriendly guy. He said is a standard to pay for aircon in all hotels. As we travel to Greece every year we never meet so bad people like him and never been ask to pay extra for aircon. Very dirty hotel and swimming pool too. For 2 weeks no iven 1 person was using swimming pool. In shower room electric cables not secured so very dangerous. Stay away from this place!!!!!

The hotel room was is poor repair, the main door handle was loose and the handle came off the wardrobe, The fridge was old and became very noisy, froze water and became overheated. The staff attitude was appalling, totally unwelcoming and unapproachable, 24 hour service was not available nor was restaurant and cafe as expected had to ask for food and got poor reception when did! Shop was not stocked and over priced. On arrival place was locked up with Michael asleep in chair on waking him up no welcome given (very surly attitude throughout stay totally unapproachable), didnt even offer to show me to my room just handed me the key. Only when I asked did he give me any direction on where to go. On leaving and waiting outside for coach alone didnt say a word and turn off main lights leaving me in almost total darkness at 2am! Plus I was there for 8 nights and only time my room was cleaned and bins empty was when I asked for a new toilet roll on the 5 day, which is unacceptable especially in a hot country where you cant flush toilet roll down the toilet! Shocking!! This is not a 2 star hotel and doesnt not offer even the basic service you would expect from any standard hotel. I enjoyed Faliraki and the facilities/entertainment it offers, but I would never stay here again nor recommend it to my worse enemy!

i visitied this hotel last week, we arrived on our coach and from the outside it looked reasonable, reception was nice and pool and restaurant etc. I then went to my room with my other friend and was very dissapointed as the bathroom conissted of a shower sink and toilet- the toilet when sat on it made youre knees touch the door and wouldnt allow you to close it, the shower was a basin on the floor which allowed you to soak all youre belongings in the bathroom ( shower went inwards and hardly worked ). We had a incident one night where my friend had an accident which can happen anywhere and cant be helped yet the manager of the hotel was completely unreasonable and threatened to chuck us out. He didnt help call for a ambulance and also took no notice in my friend bleeding all over his hotel bed. I do not feel that the hotel was run by professional staff, it was run by numerous members of a family, you even had one of the families babies in the pram next to the pool? thats not a hotel. One boy who was 14 - run the bar, waitressed, changed money, and served our food. It was like he run the hotel whilest the manager just walked round picking at things. After our accident on the sunday night there wasa atmosphere around the pool, all the members of staff made us feel uncomfrtable like it was our fault yet no matter what happens in any situations staff should remain professional shouldnt they! did they hell. The best part of staying in this ' hotel' was spending youre day sunbathing round the pool as you could fault no staff and couldnt moan about the crap standard of the hotel. Never mind a few cockroaches and rats round the pool. I would not reccomend this hotel, if i really had to i would recommend it for a couple who spend no time in the hotel and only sleep there, then you have nothing to complain about and wont have to see the arrogant manager! what a joke of a hotel, holiday companies shouldnt be able to offer paying people this kind of accomodation!!

I stayed in Sotirakis studieos in aug last year, while there we renamed it the s***irakis studioes. it was a disaster from start to finish. It was listed as a 3* but at most it was 1* i have seen far better hostels. I could have probobly gotten over the terrible location the dirty pool and the shabby rooms if it were not for the the very rude staff in particular in manager. When we arrived they had double booked our room so they pretended we had arrived at the wrong hotel and offered to drive us to the wright one around two miles away. However we soon relised that they where lying when we arrived at the new hotel and had to walk the few miles back with our bags. And when we arrived back the manager tried to make out like it was our problem even know he had been paid in full before our arrival. The Hotel its self was very run down and out dated the pool was dirty and it was on a very busy main road and around 4 km from the beach and town centre quite a walk and a good part of it without footpath. This wasnt a cheep hotel either be warned there are far better hotels in this area dont be tempted to saty in this one there is nothing good about it

Just come back after staying 9 nights at Sotirakis. My friend's and my room were spotlessly clean with bedding and towels changed every other day. Both bathrooms were modern and shower was powerful with hot water every time. Pool was beautiful...cool and fresh...again, spotlessly clean. The hotel is situated on a main road but there is a free minibus ride to beach 3 times a day...in fact to the nicest stretch of Faliraki beach. Bustop to get to Rhodes town, Lindos etc is just outside hotel. Breakfast has plenty of choice, including omelette, bacon and eggs. The staff are incredibly hard working and were very helpful. We will return. Thank you Sotirakis.

The owners of this hotel and their family work really hard to make sure you have a comfortable stay. Our room was on ground floor, beautifully clean with immaculate bathroom. Plenty of hot water. Sheets were changed every other day. Swimming pool is fabulous and there's a little supermarket which stays open til late. Lovely breakfast and snack bar. Only downside is that the hotel is situated on a busy, main road. However, there is a mini bus service to and from the nicest part of Faliraki beach.

I had the pleasure of staying at Sotirakis Hotel, and it was simply excellent! The hotel is in a fantastic location, close to shops, restaurants, and public transportation, making it perfect for exploring the area. The room was very clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with all the amenities we needed for a pleasant stay. The air conditioning and free Wi-Fi worked perfectly! The service was outstanding. The hotel team was friendly and always ready to assist with any request. They provided helpful information about the area and made us feel right at home. I would definitely recommend Sotirakis Hotel to anyone visiting the area and would love to stay here again on my next visit! Best regards to the Sotirakis family!!!
