Hotel Kalithea

Hotel arrival, an old man was working the reception, did not speak english, really just showed us the room and left. Aircondition pump dripped water all over the floor in the room, to solve this, they just put towels under, and all night u had to hear the sound of dripping water next our bed. Unclean, towels had yellow stripes and the bed big brown stains, seemed like the room hadnt been cleaned in months. Unfriendly and un helpful staff. In the midddle of our holiday we just left and changed to a better hotel. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

The hotel is not the newest or any luxury, but the people running it is treating you like family and bends over backwarsds to accomadate you. Small and cosy hotel on a good location, silent at night and close to the things you need. Bussstop right outside and taxiplace right outside. If you go here try the waterpark in kalithea -really fun place for both grown ups and children. Thanks to the management in Kalithea hotel for a wonderfull stay ♥️

Séjour impeccable, toutefois un souci d’overbooking. A notre arrivée on nous demande de patienter, car il n’y a pas de chambres libres. Nous sommes plusieurs dans le cas et d’autres clients nous disent que le souci est récurrent. Après 1h30 d’attente on nous dirige dans les caves de l’hôtel vers une chambre SANS FENETRE. Après un refus et une nouvelle attente, on nous propose, alors que j’ai un handicap, vers une chambre au -1 sans ascenseur. Forcé de l’accepter nous nous en accordons. Des le lendemain on nous a proposé une chambre conforme et la responsable de la communication nous a proposé une juste une compensations. Ensuite ce fut un séjour très agréable. Malgré cet overbooking nous y retournerons.. au risque de m’énerver si la situation se reproduit

Family run hotel. Lovely staff who were kind and chilled. Clean rooms. The hotel had a lovely small pool-swim up bar attached. Rooms clean No charge for air con as I’ve seen in other reviews. Breakfast continental and suffice. Shops 50m It was value for money and I would recommend.

Staff was nice and it was interesting to see all the family working together in different tasks. Pool area was excellent, lots of shade, trees and plants, warm water. For the price, the hotel is very good- I liked the atmosphare. However, would not go back for one huge reason. The beds were so horrible. I mean it was like lying on the floor. Our backs were hurting so bad it was difficult to get up in the morning and the double bed was very narrow- I ended up sleeping in the extra bed and my daughter slept with my husband, because I almost fell from the bed several times. Note: they only take cash, so be prepared if you need aircon or want to buy something from the bar.
