酒店相對比較陳舊，位置不錯，但是性價比一般

千萬不要住這裏冷氣是熱風房間很臭網絡用不到

The hotel was in a quiet area near the city. Room was ok but I had to change it as it smelt of smoke. Hotel changed it without fuss which was good. Food at the restaurant was good and authentic. Enjoyed my stay and will return.

I spent 3 nights at the Sheraton for business travel. Its location is central in Kampala. It is an old hotel, the facility is generally well kept. The check service was efficient with good customer experience. The rooms are a good size; the furniture shows the age of the hotel. The bed was not very comfortable. The carpet old; likely from the very early days of the hotel. The bathroom however seems to have received an upgrade is more modern. The room has the usual amenities of TV, work desk. The hotel has good wifi connection. Food; the breakfast spread was amazing. I remember asking the chef if it was breakfast or lunch. The options were vast with the normal hot and cold continental options and a hot station to eggs. Lunch was the same, a large spread of various foods. I particularly enjoyed the locals foods especially matoke. We used one of the conferencing rooms at the top level of the hotel. It was not the best choice; i didn't check out other options within but this room wasn't the best. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful and very present to support.
