Kawasaki King Skyfront Tokyu Rei Hotel

We stayed here for two nights as we visited Tokyo briefly before flying back to United States. Although the hotel is not located in the city of Tokyo, it is a convenient place for travelers visiting Tokyo. It is very close to Haneda airport. The hotel offers hourly free shuttle to and from the airport from morning to late evening. There is also a free shuttle to Kawasaki station where we can easily find a train to the center of Tokyo in about half an hour. It’s also close to local convenient stores, and there is even a post office nearby. There is a restaurant offering western cuisine as well as delicious Japanese style food. The waterfront hotel also offers the guests rental bikes to go out and explore the area nearby. The staff are all very nice, willing to go extra mile to help us. My daughter left her glasses in the room but didn’t realize that until after we got back to US. When I emailed the hotel, they quickly responded and found them and shipped them to US (of course we paid the shipping cost). Highly recommend this place!

【特色服務接機虛假】最糟糕的是攜程的所謂酒店接機是特色服務，我也是衝著可以免費接機訂的這個酒店。因為半夜才到，所以壓根沒有沒有接送。 【回覆冷漠】為了確保萬一，我甚至提前寫郵件諮詢酒店班車事宜，壓根沒有及時回覆。第二天上午他們覺得不回覆不合適，回了一封官方郵件，説什麼要以他們官網為準。這不是搞笑嗎？酒店方和攜程是怎麼溝通的？簡直甩鍋大王！ 【前台無積極反饋】我打車去到前台，前台還是一愣一愣的，壓根沒有看到我的郵件諮詢，也壓根不知道如何處理客訴。

飛機降落在東京後已經超過酒店最晚的接送時間了，計程車80元到了酒店，嘿嘿，不到500一晚可以説性價比很高了。酒店很安靜休息得很好，第二天坐了免費車去機場搭乘京急線向東京出發，非常方便！
