Conveniently Located Responsiveness of owner is fantastic. House was clean and newly remodeled There were 8 of us, and other than a couple of teenagers complaining about uncomfortable futons, it suited us well. The VRBO required deposit of $3000 is extremely high, however I believe this is a VRBO issue, not the owners.

Perfect for family getaway We stayed at this property for a wedding weekend and it was the perfect size for our family of 5. The refrigerator does not have an ice maker but there are ice trays. We just put our water in the refrigerator. There were not many towels or face cloths so we had to be mindful that everyone had a towel. Other than that the home was tidy. There was some dust but nothing terrible. If you have a large vehicle the driveway is tight but manageable. The property has an alarm system which is wonderful. Overall we enjoyed our stay and we would book again in the future if we return to KC.

Relaxing Stay The cottage was beautiful! We were very comfortable and couldn’t be more pleased with our stay. The owner was very attentive to our needs and provided us with a gorgeous gift basket to welcome us. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms were decorated beautifully. Our favorite parts of the cottage were the rec room and backyard, where we were able to have our morning coffee. Looking forward to our next stay.

Girls weekend Great place! Very comfortable to sit and visit, beds were comfortable and it was a short drive 29 minute drive into downtown for dinner. Neighborhood was quiet. We would definitely stay again!
