Nexstay Ministers Mansion

It was a very terrible experience . The rooms allotted to us were not clean and not worth the money. Lunch was okay, but the dinner they served was awfully bad and it cost us extra money. Overall, an average place with poor service.

The location was good and they have some fruit plants like Apple, Plum etc.. But the cleanness and choice of food was poor, Balcony was full dirty with bird poops and last day rain water, even the chairs also, We ordered biriyani for dinner one week before and they assured the same, but when we asked for it after checked in, they said chef is on leave and can't provide biriyani. and only idly was the choice for breakfast..

the stay was okay okay, the overall experience is average, because of the bed cover was not clean, water issue faced in morning, they could have manage all those part, the highlight part was the management including there staffs are very polite and well managed the situations. also they are helped us to Cook extra veggies instantly brought by us

I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at this hostel The advertised images portrayed a modern, clean, and inviting space, but the reality was far from it, the overall experience was far below expectations. The most concerning issue was the appalling state of hygiene in the room. Upon entering, i was immediately met with a musty odor and visible dirt and grime. The bed linens were stained, and the bathroom was unclean. It was clear that the room had not been properly cleaned before my arrival. To make matters worse, the service was equally disappointing. Requests for additional amenities or assistance were met with indifference and slow response times. The staff seemed uninterested in addressing guest concerns. Overall, my stay at this hotel was a major disappointment. I would strongly advise potential guests to reconsider their choice and seek accommodations that prioritize cleanliness and customer service.

Average place, water is muddy and pool facilities are not sufficient. Rooms not maintained properly.
