The ideal travel group is a maximum of 6 adults and 4 children. The chalet is located on a small property of 1000 m2 and there are forty stone steps to access the house. In order to make access easy. there is a small private cable car next to the steps to transport all of your baggage and skis. Kaprun is a famous with skiers as a grand winter sports resort. Directly next to the chalet there is the valley station of the Maiskogel lift and the ski bus stop. The glacier is open nearly year round. so you can always enjoy the eternal snow. In addition to winter sports. there is plenty to do during the rest of the year in the immediate vicinity. with many water sports options. rafting or wild water canoeing. hiking. mountain biking or hit some balls on the beautiful 18 hole golf course only a few minutes away. In short. the entire Kaprun-Zell am See region has much to offer in all four seasons.
