還挺好的 衹可惜廚房什麼的都用不上 冰箱更是噪音很大不得不拔掉電源 房間雖然大但卻沒有浴缸 可以改進的地方仍然很大

We had a 2 bedroom apartment, which was clean on arrival, with a balcony off the lounge with a table and 4 chairs and a clothes dryer. With steps that led down to the pool and restaurant, the main bedroom a wardrobe with, 2 side tables by the bed, and one under the mirror, it also has sliding doors to a second balcony with a table and chairs. The second bedroom was only slightly smaller with a Julie balcony. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you would need, the bathroom with shower was adequate, extra toilet rolls were under the sink. We arrived late and the apartment was cleaned and cool, on waking the next morning we were pleasantly surprised by the accommodation, the air conditioning was the best i have experienced even in a 5*+ area is quite and relaxing, the staff were all polite, happy to help and informative on the area, the small shop is pen 24 hours with the basics. There is always someone in the air-conditioned reception. The pool is one depth, and the children's pool was like a warm bath by afternoon. I would have to say our stay at the diana residents was the most relaxed holiday I have ever had, for a 3 star the accommodation was above expectation and the staff enhanced the experience. On our last day we were booking to return, I cannot recommend the accommodation enough.

Just returned from 2 weeks at the Diana residence What a fantastic well kept friendly resort All staff are really friendly and helpful a credit to you Omar We had a 3 bed duplex appartment which was huge, with 3 balconys, had everything we needed and was spotless. well done to the cleaners. Had a great time at the bbq, well done chef. I had my birthday whilst i was there and they brought me out a birthday cake out which was delicious. Am now booking to go back The complex was in a lovely quiet area, only a short distance to get to everything, you could catch the dolmus at the end of the road, was so much to see and do. Would like to say a big thank you to all the staff especially Mr bombastic Zeki is fantastic

Next Time in Fethiye - It Won't Be Here Although apologetic, from the start the visit went badly. Stayed 5 days. Taken to our 2 room apartment and could not get the cardkey to work. After 3 attempts were made staff finally brought a physical key out. Door is finally unlocked then more problems followed. 1. Our air conditioning began to drip eventually becoming enough to fill two towels full of water. Not immediately resolved - it took 2 days. Consistently dripped until a repair was made. We asked for a refund and a cancellation at this point. Refused because their policy is once an invoice is given then we cannot get refunded?!? 2. No hot water in the showers for 2 days. 3. Wifi issues continually dropping in and out 4. Advertised as having a market. There is no market. 5. Banging noises on the roof at 7:30am when we called to get it explained they could not understand what we were talking about. 6. Door handle for bathroom kept falling off. 7. Pool closed at 7pm. They may say they tried to remedy these problems but there was no repair but to the air con. Resolution move next door. When I went to check out and ask for our invoice they told me it was not ready and would be emailed to me!!!

Went to Diana Residence for our annual holiday September 2024, nice spacious two bedroomed apartment with two balconies, few little hiccups I.e. kettle not working and shower not fixed to wall, but these issues were soon sorted, unfortunately the beds were awful, so uncomfortable. The pool area was well organised with ample sunbeds and parasols, the only downside was there was algae on the insides of the pool and the pool floor was very gritty. The biggest downside to me was the cats, roaming about, sitting on the towels on the sunbeds, and constantly around people waiting for food, that's no detriment to the hotel, unfortunately that's people residing there feeding the cats when it's clearly marked don't feed the cats The restaurant on site was very good value for money and the food was amazing. The staff were very friendly and very accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. Overall really enjoyed our stay at Diana Residence Calis Turkey 🇹🇷 ☺️

This is our first time staying at the Diana residence we overall had a nice time but there a a few things that could be better. Firstly the cleanliness needs to be improved ,grubby windows , all dishes and cutlery were dirty and needed washed the showers need fixed also the lights in living room were smashed, the kettles need replaced full of limescale we spent our first day cleaning the whole place ,not ideal. Also the sunbed situation is hilarious people had towels on the beds by 7am after 4 days of not wanting to put towels down I had to eventually do it and this was in September so would hate to think what it would be like in peak. Food on site is average also never hot, the positives is the area is great, close to everything with lots of beautiful places to eat and drink , this is my 3rd time in calis but unfortunately won’t be returning to the Diana residence
