Ttraveller momsFirst hotel that we can reach after exit highway of karawang barat. Located exactly in front of the circle of karawang, so its easy to find. The hotel room was clean, great interior, with Japanese style. The swimming pool not so big but enough, the water of the pools was dirty. Variant of the breakfast no so many and the taste quite good. Parking area provided in front of the loby also basement P1 and P2.

Please switch to single-use bottles so that guests staying at your hotels can take the water you provide with them. - I would like to see more variety in the breakfast menu at your hotels. Especially Korean food. - Your room service food menu has too few options. There are not enough options to choose from for in-room dining.

SSK WINThe hotel is quite good, the food is delicious and there are quite a lot of variants for that price, the jacuzzi and spa open at 1 pm. The swimming pool is a bit dirty so the kids don't swim. Hopefully in the future the facilities and services will be even better.

KKarun SitthiampornphanI will not stay in this hotel if I have a chance to visit Karawan in upcoming trips. Got some mosquitos in Japanese restaurant and in my room. The bar service is nice. They offer us free three pots of hot teas while we were making an internal meeting. The food served in the morning was too local. No real coffee. Eating places and food serving place are too far away.
