I recently stayed at Hotel Karnel Inn and must say it was one of the most delightful experiences I’ve had. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, the warm ambiance and attentive service made me feel at home. The highlight of my stay, however, was the exceptional service provided by Rahul, a member of the hotel staff. Rahul went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of my stay was comfortable and memorable. He greeted me with a genuine smile and a professional demeanor, immediately making me feel valued as a guest. Throughout my stay, Rahul demonstrated an incredible level of attentiveness and dedication. Whether it was assisting with luggage, offering helpful recommendations about the local area, or quickly addressing any queries I had, he consistently exceeded expectations. Their behaviour on starting was very good, but they provided classic room on the place of delux, process of check in and check out was very slow. They don't provide Gst bill, I don't know why...
