"Geçtiğimiz hafta sonu bu otelde konakladık ve çok mutlu ayrıldık. Otel odaları son derece temiz ve modern döşenmişti. Yataklar çok rahattı çatı katını tercih ettik. Personel inanılmaz derecede nazik ve yardımcıydı; her ihtiyacımıza anında yanıt verdiler. Özellikle resepsiyon ekibi çok misafirperverdi. Kahvaltı büfesi çeşit açısından çok zengindi ve her şey taze ve lezzetliydi. Otelin konumu da oldukça merkeziydi, şehirde gezip görmek istediğimiz yerlere kolayca ulaşabildik. Ayrıca otelin sunduğu spa hizmetlerinden de faydalandık ve çok memnun kaldık. Kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum. Hem iş seyahatleri hem de tatil için mükemmel bir seçenek. Büşra Hanıma güzel sohbetleri için ayrıca teşekkür ediyorum Tekrar geldiğimizde görüşmek dileğiyle"

"The hotel is generally fine. However, the room for two adults is extremely cramped. It's essentially a single room with an extra folding bed, like in a hospital. So, the hotel staff thinks that an adult on vacation, having paid for a good room, can easily make do with an extra bed next to the bathroom door, which, by the way, is impossible to access because of the bed. The service at breakfast was also disappointing. You have to wait almost an hour for a subpar breakfast and tea. It was very frustrating to see them trying to cut corners on you."

"We had found it online on our previous Kars trip and since we were pleased, we didn't think of looking for another place this time. The hotel is in a very central location. You can easily walk everywhere. The receptionist Neşe welcomed us with a smile and helped us with everything. The tea treats were also very much appreciated. Nothing went wrong during our stay at the hotel. The breakfast was sufficient and maybe some pastries and breads could be added. This is our address for Kars."

The lobby is also a cafe and offers you the opportunity to have a pleasant and comfortable time at any time of the day. However, the biggest plus of the hotel is its staff. Especially Mr. Hakkı, Ms. Elif, Mr. Gökhan, Mr. Emir and all the other employees whose names I forget are incredibly friendly, helpful in every way and they make you feel that you are in a pleasant and quality place. "اسعدتنا كثيرا تصميم الفندق وتصميمه الممتاز للفندق وكذلك النظافه والصيانه بالإضافة إلى ذلك، تم إحضار منتجات مثل بطاطس الشاي والآخرين إلى طاولة طعامنا في طاولة الإفطار، مع عرض القمامة الذكورية من قبل السيدات على طاولة الطعام من جانبهن، وتم إعطاء زوجتي وزوجتي خيرية لطاولة الطعام. على الرغم من هذه المعاملة التي دفعنا نفس السعر، إلا أننا سنقدر الغرف والراحة. لا أملك أدنى شك أن الموظفين ستتلقى النتيجة التي يستحقونها إذا كان لهم تصحيح وتصحيح الوضع حصل معايا ونظرا للحاجة إلى كل منهما. أعتقد أن هذا هو أفضل خيار بالنسبة لنا."
