This hotel is clean and comfortable. Staff is nice and free coffee is privided. But it is far from train station.

I was worried of the quality due to how cheap the booking was. But I was genuinely surprised how neat the building, lobby, rooms and bathrooms were when we got there. The place was convenient and close to the Outlet and convenience stores (by car) I like how comfort inn is very modern too as they have menu/further info that you can access via QR code once you are in the room. Even if you also place do not disturb on your door, you will still receive fresh towels/linens outside your door. Overall it was a pleasant stay. For those wondering, the front desk is 24/7, so you can check out as early as 3am. The only sad thing is I couldn’t bring my pet. I hope they can lift that policy in the future. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

The hotel is a bit far from the train station. However there are many parking lots so it is convenient if you drive. The room is clean and tidy. Breakfast is good. Is good enough for a short stay.

酒店位置遠離輕井澤駅但比較寧静，自驾游比較合適，車位充足，鄰近有便利店，炸豬排店，房間面積尚可，衛生程度亦好，價格合理，性價比在此區已算無可比

酒店離輕井澤車站好遠，推大行李箱要步行40分鐘，好吃力不建議，自架客多，有停車場，有公車來回車站，但一日只有4-5班，而且輕井澤車站回酒店最後一班車開黃昏5點，錯過後就要行翻酒店，附近有間Lawson及有間燒肉店，食嘢都係在車站附近選擇多。酒店和餐廳的工作人員都非常有禮貌，房間清潔，包簡單早餐。

Relativ kleines Zimmer, mit unbequemem Bett. Bad klein und in die Jahre gekommen. Frühstück gerade so ok. Jedoch für den Preis ok

早餐性價比好高，起初入到餐廳眼看覺得一般，款式需少但各樣都美味，8位團友一致讚賞。酒店地理位置方便，大量停車場，房間整潔舒服，下次再去輕井澤會再預訂這間。
