"We booked this hotel through Jet2 Holidays. It is a nice hotel but really I don't think it was ready for guests and the pictures on line are I would say enhanced so its not quite as nice as described. We stayed in a standard roof room which to be honest was tired . It needed a paint and a refresh. The safe wasn't working , there was no QR code for the mini bar , no information about the hotel in the room. The deck area was broken as was the sun screen on the balcony. Sometimes it was cleaned sometimes it wasn't . It was all a bit hit and miss. The spa was not available although the prices list did appear at reception on the day we were going home. When we asked about it the waiter simply shrugged. All this a little disappointing, but the view is lovely and in honesty we only slept in our room. It was a good size . Breakfast is served outside . The first day it was a buffet breakfast but was very limited , from then on we had a Turkish breakfast service to the table which was very nice but no juice is served and the fruit offering is very limited. We spent some time down on the deck by the sea but again it was bit help yourself, we asked for umbrella one day and then put them away and got them again the next day as no service was provided by the sea. The beach bar was out of use and a bit scruffy , There were no offers of drinks etc. We ate lunch at the hotel on the first day and were shocked that we were charged nearly £70 for a shared salad and calamari with 2 glasses of wine. Similarly we were shocked to find that 2 coffees came to £18.00. Suffice to say we did not eat or consume any drinks at the hotel. For lunch we went across the road to Riva and had a lovely lunch with 2 glasses of wine for the same cost of 2 coffees. You eat in the garden area over looking the sea it is very pleasant. I think the hotel really need to look at their prices as you feel like you are being ripped off. The hotel is well located for Kas. Reception staff will order a taxi which takes about 5 minutes to get into town. The town is lovely, very traditional and packed with lots of bars and restaurants all serving great food. We took the ferry one day over to Greece to a tiny island with a population of 300. The ferry only takes about 25 minutes and we had a lovely day. We also took a boat trip from the harbour to the sunken city with lots of stops for swims . I would definitely recommend it. We would return to Kas but would try a different hotel next time."

"Awful hotel! I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The hotel is located in a beautiful location, and that's precisely what they use to attract tourists. The photos make it seem like you'll be staying in cozy bungalows with clean rooms, but in reality, everything is completely different. The white furniture is old and dirty, the bed linens are covered in insects, and the rooms are littered with traces of dead beetles and spiders. The air conditioner is covered in mold, and a spider even built a nest near it. The wooden doors are cracked, dirty, and terribly audible. There's some kind of brown dirt on the nightstands and beds, and the refrigerator is covered in other people's hair. There are no toiletries, and the room itself is tiny—maximum 10 square meters—it's impossible for two people to share. The bathroom is in disastrous condition: the sink and mirror are positioned so tightly that you constantly hit your head, the toilet is unsecured, the bathtub is covered in rust and mold, even the towel hooks are rusted. The TV is from the 2000s, and there are no glasses for water. It looks like they forgot about renovations long ago. There are cigarette butts all over the place, and the hotel workers sit around like they're at home, smoking. Breakfast is a nightmare in itself. There's no hot food, no porridge, and no yogurt. The only fruit available is sour melon and unsweetened watermelon. There's no coffee, just some dirty machine that's terrifying to approach. The only "warm" options are eggs, a strange tomato omelet, and overdried sausages that seem to be re-stocked every day. The appearance of a buffet is created by large bowls of the same jams and sliced ​​tomatoes. The breakfast area looks "nice" in photos only because of the white furniture, but in reality, everything is dirty. The floor isn't cleaned, cats with obvious health problems are rolling around on the seats, and there's hair everywhere—and no one cleans it up. The beach area's only saving grace is the sea and the view. The sun loungers are dirty, as is the floor. Overall, if you value cleanliness, comfort, and order, this hotel is a real dump, not a place to relax."
