Too many stairs, very difficult for elderly people to stay. Should have been mentioned somewhere. Rooms are nothing great. Deff not worth the amount paid. Much better places nearby.

This has been the worst and most disgusting trip I’ve ever had.
We booked 6 rooms for 2 days, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The rooms were absolutely filthy, and there was no sense of hygiene in the bathrooms.
The actual rooms are much smaller, poorly ventilated, and nothing like what was shown online in terms of space and appearance.
The food quality was terrible, and when we requested anything extra in the buffet, we were told it would be chargeable—even though they were only offering 3 to 4 basic items in the buffet.
The so-called kids play area is just a dumping ground for their trash. Letting your child go there is a risk to their health.
The staff was extremely rude, unprofessional, and only interested in demanding extra money for every small request. They offered no real help and spoke in a very disrespectful manner.

The stay was comfortable, staff was courteous and the food was tasty! We booked a premium room with valley view and enjoyed sunrise and sunset from our balcony.

Our stay at Kasauli Exotica was really enjoyable. The staff was very courteous and helpful at all times. The food was extremely well made. The rooms were warm and the balcony was a cherry on the cake as we could enjoy the beautiful view.
