Hotel Anand Castle

I have never seen a worse hotel than this in my life. You have to trouble yourself to stay here. Such bad service. You have to call 3-4 times. You have to wait for 30-35 minutes. All this happens when you pay the money.

Stay was comfortable & room was good & can be improved further regarding service. Food was good, location was good near station.

My recent stay at hotel anand castle was an utterly disappointing experience. I booked a room for per night, expecting a decent level of comfort and service. However, i encountered a series of issues that severely impacted my stay. * sub-par accommodation: the room itself was in poor condition. The toilet seat was broken, making it uncomfortable to use. The bathroom was cramped and lacked adequate space for bathing. The washbasin was disproportionately large compared to the bathing area, further hindering movement. * poor food quality: the food served was of extremely poor quality. The buffet, which was the only dining option, consisted of a limited and unappetizing selection, including poha sandwich and a loo puri. * rude staff: the hotel staff were consistently rude and impolite throughout my stay. Their lack of professionalism made the experience even more unpleasant. * unhygienic conditions: the room was not clean. The bed sheets were stained, and the water supply for bathing and washing had visible muddy elements. The tea kettle in the room was also not functional. * technical issues: to add to the discomfort, the jet water in the toilet stopped working mid-use, causing further inconvenience. Overall, my stay at hotel anand castle was a deeply unsatisfactory experience. The subpar accommodation, poor food quality, rude staff, and unhygienic conditions far below the expected standards for a hotel of this price range.

I was allotted room no 205. The room is in bad shape. The wallpaper behind the bed is half torn. Cupboard 1 handle is missing, water was leaking from the comode pipe. No washroom curtains only their hooks were there. There was no electric kettle. Had to ask them to provide me one. There were stains on the bedsheet They don't have breakfast buffet even if u have taken the room with breakfast. They provide it in the room. I had requested for 2 cups of tea, which they got in 2 separate cups. They said they don't have a bigger kettle to accommodate 2 cups of tea. Since I was alone and had to spend a night, I managed somehow else I would have asked the hotel to change my room or give me the refund. Please avoid this hotel or atleast room no 205
