雖然言語不通，偶爾停個電馬上又恢復，飲食也是變花樣豐富大家，還有晚上不同的節目。用心服務的態度能感受到。唯一不足酒店的用車太舊了，空調不製冷。

很好的酒店，除了車開進去路有點不好以外其他都很棒，知道我們生日還準備了蛋糕，晚餐唱歌時還唱了生日歌，早餐晚餐都不錯，第三天早上離開時車子電瓶沒電了，酒店還幫忙接了電，非常感謝！

餐食種類不是很多但是環境和服務都非常好，預訂的房間直接面朝大海，泳池是海水的，如果有淡水的就更好了，推薦這家酒店

had a truly exceptional experience at the spa, thanks to the wonderful therapist Husna. From the moment the session began, her professionalism, skill, and calming presence created a deeply relaxing atmosphere. She was attentive to my needs and ensured the treatment was both therapeutic and rejuvenating. I left feeling completely refreshed and rebalanced. Highly recommended – ask for Husna if you want a top-notch spa experience!

The experience was simply amazing. The staff are the most welcoming and courteous and professional. Maureen in customer service, was so professional, friendly, courteous and would mobilise the team to ensure our stay was comfortable. Mateo in pool and recreation, Amina and Edita in the Spa, Angelone and team at the jetty Bar. Wonderful team and the manager Lindy was as well very welcoming. Would definitely recommend Zalu for a relaxing, entertaining, happy holiday. The children loved it as well.

we stayed for 2 nights the stay was amazing , breaking view our rooms and from the pool. The food was amazingand friendlystaff special thanks to.Maurine who contributed to making our stay memorable.

The rooms were nice, the service was excellent and food was great. Every night had cultural dancers. I would definitely return. I also highly recommend.
