Diamonds Mapenzi Beach

Das Hotel liegt an einem endlos langen Sandstrand. Es ist eine sehr gepflegte und grüne Anlage. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Allerdings ist es nicht für Menschen mit Gehbehinderung geeignet, da es sehr viele Stufen innerhalb der Gebäude und der Anlage gibt. Von den Ünterkünften bis zum Strand sind es ca. 80 Stufen. Die Schwimmmöglichkeiten im Meer sind jedoch sehr eingeschränkt, da ein starker Tidenhub herrscht und bei Ebbe sich das Wasser mehr als 1 km bis zum Riff zurückzieht. Am Strand sind immer genügend Liegen und Schattenplätze vorhanden. Das Hotelmanagement verwöhnnt die Gäste mit besonderen Abendbuffets, die 3x in der Woche am Strand oder am Pool aufgebaut werden. Besonders positiv waren unsere Erfahrungen mit dem Personal des Hotels und hier möchten wir ganz besonders Zabibu, Sitty, Leonia und Tiem erwähnen, bei denen wir uns noch einmal herzlich bedanken möchten.

Had a great stay here for 12 nights in late Feb / early March. Such a lovely resort with well cared for and colourful gardens and really authentic buildings/style that allow you to get a proper Zanzibar feel. Food is great - varied and always lots of options, healthy too with lots of veg and tropical fruits (special thanks to Vinoth and Victor!). The staff here are fantastic - always friendly and asking if you have everything you need or would like another drink (special thanks to Zabiru at the beach bar and Zainab and Sitty!). We had a great stay - many thanks all!

We really loved this place. Wonderful vibe and hotel is big. The food was amazing loved that everything was fresh from that amazing garden. Services was great. Animation team did nice job to ensure we are happy all the times. We loved the rooms and walking around on the grouns thanks to all the staff special our friend Jamal wish all the best this hotel with beautiful staff, services and everything.

The accomodations is beautiful clean and we'll equipped, the general atmosphere is all about relaxation. The food just incredible morning breakfast is awesome and delicious.

Very nice view, next clear water sea, very cozy hotel. A lot of activities and staff are very professional and very helpful thanks for Jamal very well organized the activities and best Manager ever. Morning stretching and Pilates with animation team was fantastic and never missed the aqua aerobics.

Lovely place with extremely nice teams. Everything was fabulous, including the room, food and service was top notch. Outstanding evening entertainment show enjoyed the acrobatic show, everyday different event we really thank to Jamal is very smart and clean. All the staff are doing nice job and made us feel like we are home. They try polish pole pole and they are willing to teach their language. The location was marvelous with the unique pool and beach. we will back again
