Renthof Kassel

Renthof Kassel ★★★★

📍 Renthof 3,

Schlosshotel Kassel ★★★★

📍 Schlosspark 8,

"Unfortunately, it wasn't clear when booking that the accommodations weren't accessible for people with mobility issues. There was no elevator in the coach house, so we had to leave early. This hotel isn't suitable for elderly people with mobility issues. The dining room was also too small. The staff was very friendly. You said you'll specifically mention this on your hotel website. Please do the same. It's a shame I couldn't give my mother a pleasant stay. Sincerely,"

"The hygiene was terrible. There was still trash in the bathroom bin, and the vanity hadn't even been cleaned. The room had an outdated decor. The location, however, was quite convenient."

Renthof Kassel ★★★★

Schlosshotel Kassel ★★★★
"Ladies and gentlemen, We would like to thank you for our stay in your hotel. Most of all this was really excellent. The restaurant and buffet, including the friendly service staff, were also good to very good. Unfortunately, however, there was a point that has somehow affected our stay: the ceiling height of our room was too low for us, which was felt as impressive. At the check-out we were asked whether everything was to our satisfaction. However, after we expressed our concerns about the room, there was no response to it. That surprised us somewhat, because such a question should actually serve to address any problems and address them. We would be happy if future guests were given a better feedback in a similar situation. In general, we had a pleasant stay and thank you for your hospitality. With friendly greetings Fam. Frank."

Kulturhotel Hessenland Kassel Innenstadt by Stay Awesome ★★★
"The hotel staff is staying until 23:00. The email was written to contact the hotel if you didn't arrive by 18:00, so there was a great confusion and I was tired But the staff was very friendly when I visited the hotel And the hotel was pretty and the room was very spacious and tidy It was a very satisfying hotel The hotel provides a water purifier They provide middle soda, strong soda, still water, etc. This was very good But Ctrip said it included all taxes. When I actually checked in at the hotel, I asked for a city tax This is checking in with Ctrip. We were able to keep our carriers for free. The storage room was very good It was very reassuring that the device that we could lock our own keys was fixed on the wall."
