比較老，不太乾淨！ 問前台推薦一下美食區他們回答在酒店裡吃飯，沒幫忙介紹其他地方！ 酒店位置還好 酒店設備比較久！也不太乾淨

藏在泰米爾的小巷裡，非常安靜，逛街巨方便

This is the second time I stayed at Ramada Encore in Thamel. I was not wrong to choose it again. Absolutely everything is good here ... the staff, the room,the breakfast (oh my, sooooo good), the location, the friendliness of every single employee, from the door in. A special recognition to Nikhil in the reception, whose service and support with a sincere smile is as comforting as the sunshine on an early autumn morning. And to the staff and therapists on the spa where I took a couple of massages that were superb. Kathmandu is a beautiful, yet hectic city. Thamel even more, so to have this oasis to come to after a long day wandering around or trekking is something to treasure. In my case, this is even more meaningful as I left all my stuff to go hiking on the Himalayas for several days, coming back to the hotel with the certainty that I was going to be happily and truly welcome. Again, I was not wrong. Thank you for making a difference and for understanding what the word service means. I will certainly choose you again and again every time I come back to this unique Kathmandu I learned to love. Namaste, 🙏🏼.

good location, convenient, clean

Hotel was clean and room was great. Just that the pool was small and hotel breakfast was little below average.

Good hotel, but the location does not have a wow factor.

酒店在泰美爾老城區，步行去皇宮廣場15分鐘。

Good location, nice staff, good beds, diverse breakfast with child friendly and Chinese friendly foods. Did not allow outside food to be eaten in room. Ants invaded any food or drinks consumed in the room when hotel room service delivered. 好的地理位置，好的工作人员，好的床，多样化的早餐，儿童友好和中国友好的食物。不允许在房间里吃外面的食物。当酒店客房服务提供时，蚂蚁侵入了房间内的任何食物或饮料。

Ramada keeps it's name and value, it can be seen in this hotel. The staff are friendly and caring. Though it was only a short stay but the room was good enough. The beds are comfortable and has basic amenities. The balcony has good space. It's quite and peaceful from outside. A good sleep and a good stay. Happy with the service.

Hotel is literally in the tamel area, close to restaurants, shops, tourist spots like garden of dreams, museum & casinos (for foreigners only) hotel room was clean and came with basic toiletries, breakfast was good, staff were friendly and helpful, would recommend

位置在泰米爾區步行街的邊上，離步行街近，又很安靜，衹是門口有點破舊，入住的歐美客人不少，早餐印式西式結合，有個室外用餐區可以吸煙，前台有點小不夠大氣，酒店是掛牌四星，酒店的服務人員態度都非常好，前台英文交流無障礙。

房間中規中矩，不過是在鬧市區。不能期待國內同級別水平。樓頂簡吧還不錯，選擇性相對較少。

The staff were very helpful and cooperative. Security person were always ready to help and guide you correct options. Food was delicious and location is also middle of the city where you can easily access famous Thamel market. Overall it was good experience.

Feel at home. Extremely good stay. Superb food. Very courteous staff. I highly recommend. And for sure would like to stay here for my future Nepal travels.
