The entire property is packed with care and kindness by the staff and fully equipped with everything you need from toiletries to happy hour. The kaiseki dinner was one of the best I’ve had - not only the food but also the setting and presentation. Incredible to use the next door hotels big onsen and the outdoor onsen was beautifully landscaped.
The most gentle and intimate care of the staff really helped me relax and unwind the years hard work and stress. My mother very much loved as well.

The private open-air bath offered a unique experience: despite it being winter and quite cold, our bodies remained toasty warm in the water, yet the towel on our heads actually froze – quite an experience! The views were beautiful. There's also an excellent yakiniku restaurant conveniently located nearby with delicious food.

DdavidxingThe environment is nice, the hot spring is OK, the breakfast is nice, and there are several restaurants nearby with good food. This is my first time to take a hot spring bath in Obihiro. The experience is great. I didn't meet any Chinese people in this hotel, and there are not many tourists. They are all Japanese who come to take a bath with their families. I will come again next time. It is very convenient to take a bus from New Chitose Airport to Obihiro Station for 3 hours, and then take a taxi to the hotel. You can also take the JR line, but you need to change stations, which is faster than taking the bus.

MMLIt seems that there was some misunderstanding in the booking as we booked for Main Building Standard Garden View Semi Western-Style Room but hotel was told that we booked for Standard futon room. I explained that both my companions are able to sleep on the floor, the staff thus made some arrangements and provided us a room with 3 beds.
We loved the delicious dinner and onsen, not forgetting many helpful and friendly staff.

AAnonymous UserThe best hotel in Lake Monbetsu, bar none, built on the lake, with the entire lake view outside the window. In winter, the ice village and the entire lake are literally outside the window
You must go to the outdoor pool on the second floor to soak, the beautiful view will make you unforgettable. (The open-air view for ladies is much better than that for men 😄)

DDasanThis is a hotel I stopped by on my way back from climbing. I was glad to stay, so I chose this hotel with a cheap price, but I was able to get a hot spring with a lot of hot water, a morning buffet with a lot of items, a pick-up and meal service. It is a good hotel with good cost performance. Thank you to the hotel staff.

TTANThe hotel is pretty big with 3 wings (building) linked together with plenty of car parking lots. The hotel looked dated but well maintained. There’s a shopping gallery @ lobby. Check in/check out is Smooth n fast. A female receptionist can speak mandarin （话语）maybe a Chinese descendent?
There is nothing much to see and eat in the vicinity. It will b good to go for half board (dinner n breakfast), n to use the onsen before n after dinner, n before breakfast. The onsen is pretty big with a few indoor pools n a outdoor pool, all of good hot spring quality. The tatami room is spacious clean n need. There is good choices of food n desserts @ dinner n breakfast.
