The hotel is very nice, location is good. Only Service is not up to mark. The staff is not helpful.

Holiday Inn Katra is one of the worst property of the area. I had a disappointing stay. The staff is untrained, lack basic communication skills and will respond if you will call them after 2-3 min calls. Ordering food from their restaurant was uphill task—it took over 45 mins to 1 hours to arrive, and that too in cold state that you will feel it's better not to eat it. Their staff is rude and if you will go with kids don't expect any help from them on food or any specific arrangements for kids. This location is poorly managed, and the staff lack basic hospitality courtesy. proper hospitality training. I have stayed at welcome and lemon tree which have much better professionalism and service standards than this hotel. You can book this hotel if you want to make sure that your vacation time gets screwed.

It was great staying at Katra. Staffwas excellent with smiles and very accommodating. Very near to Katra Railway station. Coffee from room service is not good.
