had a great experience, mountain view from this hotel is amazing. staff there is also very helpful.You can spend good time with your family. food of the restaurant here is also delicious.This hotel is 5 min away from main market .hotel area is also good.

disappointed with the room service.the washroom hygiene is poorly maintained, and cleanliness does not meet basic standards.additionally the service team is unresponsive and not supportive when issues are reported.

i recently stayed at hotel ishan during my visit to mata vaishno devi, and as always, it was a comfortable and pleasant experience. the staff was exceptionally friendly and very helpful, ensuring our stay was hassle-free. they accommodated our early check-in and late check-out request (with a nominal charge) as our train was scheduled for the evening. this thoughtful gesture made our stay even more convenient. the hospitality was truly amazing, and the highlight of our visit was the food and their absolutely delightful tea — a must-try! this isn’t my first time staying at hotel ishan, and it has consistently delivered excellent service. i highly recommend this property for anyone planning a trip to vaishno devi. jai mata di!
