I arrived in Sri Lanka at 3am because my flight got delayed. On the hotel’s page, it says 24hour counter service. However, when I arrived at the door, there was no one. I knocked on the door, rang the phone numbers and got no reply at all so I had to rearrange my stay at 3am. Later on, I reached out to trip.com’s customer service. The team was very helpful but the hotel claimed that there were staffs, and tried to table around and said that I didn’t show up. Overall very terrible experience.
