Friendly hosts, amazing view, perfect place to discover Kotor and Tivat by car.
Hotel has some minus points as there is already visible damage and technical issues in the room

Good hotel overall, the view from the room was great, you can see the airport and the Tivat Bay, the pool area has a great view, music plays and the bar is open. You can also use the sauna. The cleaning service could be improved a bit, otherwise everything is fine.

The hotel is outside the city of Kotor. It does not have a view of the Bay of Kotor, but it has a very clear view of Tivat Airport and Tivat Bay. It also has a view of Port Montanengro. It's a place on the hill with very clean air. People with a car can prefer it. There is laundry, dishwasher, kettle, stove, refrigerator, plates, pots and pans, everything in the room. There are detergents, but as I said, Kotor is very far from the city center, ideal for those who have a car. But do not stay in room C20, it is incredibly damp and humid. We wanted the room to be changed but we couldn't.

The bathroom exhaust system is very bad, there are no windows, and all the water vapor accumulates inside. The water flow in the basin is not smooth, which affects the use! !

Very nice hotel with an awesome view of the valley and the sea. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is included, and it's very good. The pool area is very nice overlooking the valley as well, Parking is free and in front of the hotel, about a 10-minute drive to old Kotor

The hotel has very tiny rooms, you can not move inside easily. Also the hotel is far away from Tivat. There is rough and narrow road, it is not easy to drive night time. The swimming pool is small. The facilities are not enough. There is decent wifi.
