Tres belle hotel, tout est ressent de bon gout et très propre. Beaucoup de personnel, le buffet simple mais de bon repas cuisiner. Plage a 1minute avec bain de soleil et bar, les chambre sont spacieuse lit immense !!! Vraiment une excellente semaine en douceur et de qualité.

Well.. on arrival we were hit with the 70 euro tax which we didn’t know anything about. The room was like a torture chamber no air con working initially. This was resolved and we were allowed to leave on the whole time with an extra door key thank goodness. Thought would have a nice shower…Ice cold. Have had one warm shower in 4 days the rest ice cold and the kids only washing as seems cruel to put them in the cold water. The food, flies all over it and no lids to deter and the standard of food isn’t marvellous . Not sure what they are calling bacon here 🤣😳. The one small pool is far too deep for kids and no where near enough sunbeds with people reserving with towels from the crack of Dawn. Staff are lovely but not controlling that at all. Drinks prices seem to vary on each round also strangely . Ranging from 14.4 for a beer a wine and a fizz to then 25 for a wine and a beer. The stench of sewage isn’t marvellous and kavos is a bit of a dump, kids sucking gas out of balloons 🎈 all night and we’ve been offered a variety of ***** whilst my young kids are with us, so that wasn’t marvellous. The private beach anyone can wander onto so again a lack of sunbeds and it’s kind of like a dirt track that’s not really been completed . We paid 2500 for here and last year paid similar for the canaries riu hotel all inclusive which was far superior. Young woman singing was very good and the staff are lovely doing their best . If they sorted the pool beds and food could have a not bad place but we would not return or recommend especially with kids . Also anything nice is an hour and half away by bus …in the heat not marvellous

Went family trip 3 adults and child 7 on arrival night arrival quick checking in 50 euro tax paid staff helpful ?journey to hotel windey roads narrow 1 hour ?apartment main complex modern spacious clean 2 bedrooms each self contained tv air con nice seating area and fridge tea coffee makeing facilities nice big walk in shower the only gripe would be the 3 flight stairs my husband has disability so struggled at times I did email the hotel prior to arrival also our appt was on road side very noisy all night reception helpful but didn't move as too much hassle 😀 so ask room away from road food buffet service very nice and fresh plentiful staff polite helpful keep away cats a customer got scratched ?rooms cleaned every day spot less good work from cleaners fantastic 👏 towels changed everyday Entertainment staff great keep the vibe pleasant evenings Negatives Road noise Smell drains Kids pool small rubbish only 1 pool Location good for party goers kavos rubbish for families kids old or disabled due to no paths ridiculous road into kavos dangerous run down not picturesque Hotel has a nice beach work progress across road

Couple in our 50's slight I was slightly concerned before arriving over some of the negative reviews but we had a fantastic stay and found no major faults only small tweaks required for a hotel which has just been recently refurbished .All the staff at the hotel work so hard and are incredibly welcoming. There was a good mixture of ages and nationalities no sunbed wars at all easily get a bed throughout the day. Entertainment team worked hard and were good fun the .Food was good quality but could do with a bit of variety. The beach is a short walk away has been done nicely just needs time for the area to mature .All in all a great place to chill out and relax on the outskirts of the Kavos ***** . Would recommend the private boat trip for 10 people to Paxos and Anti Paxos booked at the shop opposite.

We were nervous about arriving at this hotel after reading some bad reviews .. but we were pleasantly surprised to see that it was clean , modern , food was delicious and our room was comfortable and big enough for the two of us The beach was better than we thought after reading the reviews, but we got some beautiful photos down at the beach , Yes there can be a smell from the drains ( sewage ) but that’s because us British tourists continue to flush our paper down the toilet when it clearly says not too , and it therefore clogs up the drains causing the problems Kim and Sara were good at getting everyone to join in with activities , but we decided it wasn’t for us but they are great at their job The hotel rep sue was always great and recommended restaurants and bars to us Only slight negative thing was the lack of shower pressure and also lack of storage but we managed as it was only for a week We took a boat trip to Paxos which was beautiful and we also did a trip to Corfu town at night which we really enjoyed
