Mythos Palace Resort & Spa

This was our first time visit to Mythos Place, I must say that I am very confused about 5* of this resort. First of all it is smaller resort, with All Inclusive premium plan. I really don’t understand neater all inclusive or premium. The food is good, but not so many choices. After a few day’s you are bored. The Wifi is very poor (forget on wifi browsing from the bed), the minibar should be refilled every 4 days (very confusing🙃 but we were not experiencing any of the refills). Coffee and tea in the room, was not replaced, and the room was cleaned every 2 day’s… Or half cleaned (just replaced the towels) so many hiccups…. Furniture is still OK, but the bathroom 🧐 We had 2 rooms and non of them, had everything. In both was missing some parts, like bathrobe hangers, toilet flush button, missing parts on shower handles, rust on mirrors, rust on shower head…. and so on and so on…. The pictures on the marketing pages of the hotel, looks really great, but not so great in reality… The shining stars in this hotel is the personal… From the concierge to the barista on the beach, all of them are very kind and trying their best to do their job. So for last… i would say this is 3* small resort, and we travel a lot, but I write a review just for the mistaken one.

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub. Alle sind wirklich sehr nett und bemüht. Eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre im ganzen Hotel. Das Essen war auch sehr gut und due Getränke lecker. Unser Zimmer wurde immer prima gereinigt und war sehr gemütlich.

Wir waren auch im letzten Jahr wiederum sehr beeindruckt von der Freundlichkeit des Personals, dem Service, der Unterbringung, dem Speisenangebot, d.h. insgesamt von der tollen Gastfreundschaft aller Beschäftigten des Hotels. Gerne werden wir auch dieses Jahr wieder unseren Urlaub in dieser schönen Hotelanlage verbringen, uns verwöhnen lassen und 3 Wochen Sonne und Meer genießen.
