The room and premises looked as expected based on the pictures, with the exception of the windows facing the sea which were completely stained. There were some welcome chocolates that we enjoyed right away, but for some reason the empty serving tray remained there throughout our entire stay. The pool is heated to a maximum of 20ºC which was sadly not enough to bathe comfortably. We found the food and the service to be below standard. Within the same meal we had to stand to serve ourselves water (not within our reach) twice, received food missing the side dish and then received the wrong side dish (something we had not ordered), had someone replace the cutlery that had already been replaced and had a dish arrive with an entirely different topping from what was listed on the menu. During our stay we had several members of the staff recommend visiting the spa, which is apparently the biggest out of the O&O resorts. The spa closed at 18 despite the many signs around the premises indicating otherwise. The ladies' sauna and steam room were not operative and I had to notify the staff twice before they actually went to check. They confirmed that it was not working and would not be fixed that day and sent me to the men's facilities. We appreciated the room upgrade we got upon arrival and the late checkout on our departure day, as well as the kind gestures when our dissatisfaction regarding the food was brought to the staff's attention.

Having heard about the magic and sheer luxury of the One and Only brand I finally got to experience it for myself. It did not disappoint! It started from the boat transfer to Kea. Greeted and treated like royalty from start to finish. The quality of the food, linens, amenities and smiles exceeded all expectations. Although I was there with friends, I can not wait to return with my husband for a second honeymoon. Ps. The yoga and spa definitely lived up to the hype of the One and Only. Hand on heart thank you to Jerome and his incredible team.

Nous sommes allés boire un apéro lors de la grosse tempête de fin avril. Arrivée vers 21.00: au portail d'entrée, le gardien ne parle pas un mot d'anglais. Attente de 5 à 10 minutes, le temps qu'il prenne ses instructions de la direction (nous venions naturellement sans réservation). Le gardien relève les plaques de notre voiture et j'ai bien crû qu'il allait nous demander nos passeports! Cauchemardesque ! Nous entrons enfin. Accueil professionnel et chaleureux. Compte tenu du temps, nous sommes conduits à un petit bar très cosy où nous accueille un barman à la fois attentif et prévenant, maîtrisant parfaitement la langue de Shakespeare. Vin blanc et cocktail parfaits... En revanche, pas l'ombre d'un zakouski pour accompagner le tout ! Décevant et, pour tout dire, inadmissible à la fois au vu des prix élevés (ce n'était pas une surprise) et surtout au service pratiqué par les bars de l'île. We had a dreamy experience. The glamorous boat ride over from the port, how the resort blends into and compliments the natural beauty of the island. The breakfast is exceptional, all of the food was. We loved both the pool and the beach. We enjoyed hiking over the hillside to the small neighboring beach nearby. The sailboat experience for the day was gorgeous. Thank you.

Very good service everywhere. Front of the house quite helpful when we needed it. Incredible service at breakfast - this really stood out. The food offerings at breakfast were terrific both from the menu and from the several "buffets" which are pretty creative. Room (we had a Cliff Villa Panoramic Sea View) was awesome. Looked great (modern), incredible views, super bathroom (everything) with private water closet. Team brought us fresh fruit most days. Pretty large. Very comfortable bed. Good blackout shades. Open up every bathroom drawer - it's pretty great the amenities that they have for you. Wow. Did not love the buggy-to-get-anywhere situation, but that was mostly ok. Pool great. Wow what service at the pool Dinner at Bond Beach Club also great. Both food and service. Three nights we paid for the resort's SUV (Land Rover or Land Ranger, I don't know the diff) to take us into town to eat at a Greek restaurant and that was fantastic. See the front desk - they have a number of menus. This was such a treat. The boat (they call it an RIB) between Lavrio Port and Kea can be a bit rough. Feels 100% safe, just it's pretty bumpy when there is any wind riling up the water, and that was our experience in both directions. We'd probably take the helicopter next time. That said, our transfers from ATH in each direction were totally flawless. The fitness center might be the most remarkable part of this resort. If that is important to you, please see pictures since we are attaching quite a few.

Although still settling in with greenery and vegetation only half way there, this will be the place to go in 2025. What a stunning location. The beach scene and swimming bay is world class. But still family friendly. The staff are very well chosen throughout. Professional but warm. The rooms and views are what you expect but the restaurant terrace encapsulates all that’s best of a Greek island at night. Stars galore, cool ambience, nice crowd. Yet it just opened so room to improve. The wine list needs some improvement for the clientele but the food is very solid. The island is not discovered … yet.
