"A wonderful experience, this place is a little bit of heaven ! So peaceful and relaxing with views that are incredible! We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment and it was spacious, clean and had a wonderful terrace. It was cleaned everyday and the bed linen and towels were changed half way through a 7 night stay. Irene is very welcoming and we had a wonderful Greek coffee and cake with her in her apartment which was a bonus ! The pool is super and plenty of beds and umbrellas. The area is also very good, enough to keep us busy for 7 nights and the walk down to the lovely beach was also a highlight, with more bars and restaurants,although we needed a taxi back each time but that was very easy and only €10. We can’t wait to go back next year"

"Average Hotel. Would not consider it to be 5 star standard. Beautiful location. stunning views. Staff not very helpful or friendly in general apart from the lifeguard at the pool and the young girl running entertainment who were very friendly ,happy and outgoing. Standard of cleanliness in Room was not very good. food was average. service was average. Didn't get given any information on arrival that we should have. for example that there are golf buggies to run you around the very steep site if you ask them or that you can book in the al a cart restaurant one evening as part of the package. We paid for an all inclusive holiday in a 5 star Hotel and feel it fell short of that On leaving we had to continually ask for our bags to be taken to reception by the Golf Buggy Driver who turned up eventually with 2 minutes to spare until our pick up. He gave us the silent treatment . it's a very steep site and this is a service they offer but we were treated as if we were making life difficult. It is such a shame because they have such a beautiful location."

"شقة رائعة مع شرفة كبيرة مع مناظر على البحر. مواقف هادئة جدا. تقع الشقة على تلة ولكن المشي المشوي يستحق النظر للبحر & سلمية المحيط. 10 دقائق سيرا على الأقدام إلى سوبر ماركت & شاطئ. 15 دقيقة سيرا على الأقدام إلى مركز مدينة سكالا."

"كنا اول ضيوف في هذا الفندق، وقضينا 10 ايام هنا في الغردقة التي كانت في سطح البحر المواجه للبحر، ( نوصي بشدة بهذا المكان) عن طريق الباحة اجمل الغرفة التي مكثنا فيها، كانت ذات اطلالة مذهلة على الشمس حتى وقت متأخر من المساء، لقد أقمنا بحفاوة الترحيب من قبل جميع الموظفين لم يستطيعوا عمل المزيد لنا لقد استمتعنا فعلا بالإقامة هنا كان موقع الفندق المثالي في الجهة الخالية من الازعاج والفندق كان يسير على الأقدام لعدد من المطاعم الجيدة أود أن أوصي بشدة بإستئجار سيارة لعدة أيام من رحلتك أيضاً إذا كنت تحب مغامرة شكرًا للجميع في الفندق على تجربتنا العظيمة."

"Unfortunately this hotels seems to have suffered desperately from The make money give poor service epidemic that seems to be sweeping the Greek islands. This is not a 5 or even a 4 start establishment. At a push it’s a 3. I do not expect to see signs such as ‘before you ask me have you thought about it’ in a hotel. This makes me think it’s a toxic work environment. Now for the review- your hotel rooms are dirty, hire more Cleaners, your reception staff are rude, Teach them Customer service, a QR code is not going to cut it for the price I paid. For 5* my towels and sheets are changed daily, if it’s three days it’s a three star. I should Not have to explain this to you. Your spa price is too high and you didn’t serve anything except pork or chicken in the entire 7 days. You are the 3 star at best. No map of the massive hotel And reception staff I felt I needed to pay to actually be awake. TUI, get rid of this hotel. They reflect very very badly on you as a travel company."
